They dont even deserve a 1 star. WORST company ever. Should be shutdown!!!!

Expensive, spotty, and an obvious monopoly. Open band is overpriced and barely works. For the past week my wifi has periodically stopped working even after router resets and checks. The wifi will cut of for a few seconds at a time and then my devices will take forever to eventually reconnect. On top of that the 100 mb/s up and down is never 100 mb/s. its been as low as 1 mb/s and rarely goes above 60 mb/s. In the age of gigabit internet cheaper than than the service Openband is providing, I except so much more. I have never experienced such horrible service from a company. The customer service is downright unprofessional. Even worse is the fact that Openband is the only high speed isp in Broadlands, unless you want to go down the satellite route. Don't even get me started on their cable TV service, I am so happy I switched to Dish. The day Xfinity or Fios comes to Broadlands I WILL switch. If I had an alternative you couldn't even pay me to keep Openband.

It has taken 3 days....so far , to update an app. How is that even possible?

Almost everyday now the internet goes out for almost an hour.

If Verizon or Comcast were an option, I would switch in a heartbeat.

This is the worst company ever. We don't really have much of a choice for Internet as we don't have cable. Our hoa sold out their contract with open band but no one else is wired here so we are still stuck with them. Horrible connection all the time and we lose internet so easily. We rarely have more than 2-3 bars of wifi

Reliability issues and expensive. This company only exist because they paid off people on the boards of HOAs for exclusivity. I mean have you ever seen another company with 1 star??? They suck

Costs a lot of money for internet that only sometimes works

I will be leaving them for Verizon the second the new lines are laid. Non-existent customer service, there is no one to answer the phone.
