Just had a driver fitting and Service was outstanding. Great advice and summarised with the pros/cons of both my current and new driver. Not biased towards selling me a new and was more focused on ensuring I have what's right for me. Positive friendly and hassle free.

Very pleased with my online order. My item arrived quickly via DPD and I received a one hour delivery slot the day before. A nice touch with the option to round up your order amount to support Prostate Cancer UK too.

Great retailer, firstly allowed me to extend a gift voucher due to covid restrictions, items easy to order and delivered quickly whilst I was kept informed constantly of delivery schedule, I have also used them when a price match was requested and true to their word matched online price of another retailer personally wouldn't use any one else

I ordered a wedge which didn't arrive on time. You may think that this was a supplier problem, but when I turned up at the "superstore ", the shutters were down and an apologetic note pinned to them saying to customers and deliveries, that they couldn't accept anything due to staff shortages. I called the number on the note saying that I'd travelled 40 miles to get there and was brushed off. Amateurish and dismissive is my opinion.

Sometimes it's worth looking past the first page of a Google search and actually speaking to someone in a golf shop who is keen for business. I found Golf Support after looking for a Wilson i-lock bag that was out of stock everywhere else. Very helpful and I just knew that the person I dealt with was going to make sure that the bag was sent out quickly. I ordered at 4:30pm on Wednesday and it arrived at 10am on Friday. Thank you.

Just great! Even though my order (a putter) was placed shortly before Christmas, the item arrived fast (in Germany), the shop kept me informed about the status of my delivery, and the price was more than fair. Hopefully Brexit will not stop that terrific service. Highly recommended!

Being a shopper who likes to see the merchandise before buying I was quite pleased to find this golf shop online and discover they had a shop in my town. I popped into the shop today which a good size with loads of different products but if you're female don't bother because it is men only gear! So annoying! :-(

Just driven over to Golf Support in Mansfield from Nottingham. Arrived at 11am to find a hand written note on the door saying "Closed until 1.30pm for staff training". Would be nice to put this information the website to avoid customers, like myself, having a wasted journey!!!

Brilliant customer service. Unfortunately had to return an item due to ordering the wrong size (my fault, not a sizing issue) and they couldn't have been more helpful, and my order was refunded so quickly. Will definitely be ordering again, thank you.

Reluctant to post a review, especially a negative one, but i now have to make it a great one. Basically had issues with a Taylormade cart bag of which i ordered 2, along with a couple of trolleys. Made the mistske of taking out my frustrations on the team at Golfsupport who were fed lies from Taylormade continuously.

BE CAREFUL... They do not stock the items and I used a voucher code that was accepted online and my money taken only to be called a few days later to be told that they would not accept the code!

Ordered online, phoned to check delivery date. I was assured everything was in stock and I would have the order by Friday. Friday comes and I receive nothing. I phone them to be told they don't have the stock and it will be another 7 days. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and exactly the same thing happened both times. I wont be using them again.

I'm not a golfer myself but have always had excellent, friendly advice and service at Golfsupport whenever I've been looking for Christmas and birthday presents for golfers in my family. I've been given lots of gift suggestions over the years, which have always gone down well!

Fantastic place for all your golfing needs. All the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are the best around.
There is a top of the range fitting facility to ensure that the clubs are suitable for you, you can also have the option to find out which golf ball is perfect for your game. Rich the store manager was fantastic due to the fitting I was able to gain an extra 30 yards on my existing irons. Needless to say I can t wait for my new TaylorMade irons!!

reasonable prices, as you are paying a lot of money for their products they should atleast tell you when the delivery date is and you have to ring them up to find out and yet it still takes a while for them to answer the phone.

Ordered late on Friday, arrived on Tuesday. Very good ordering process despite not ordering from Golf Support before. Regular updates throughout transaction, items priced at fantastic price, good packaging and delivery from DPD who are always reliable. Will definitely be using again - thanks Golf Support!

When ordering, note that the return shipping must be paid by the buyer. That will be expensive :-(

i purchased some Footjoy shoes from this company, i tried a promo code and it worked but then realized it was only for ladies shoes only, so i paid the full amount , anyone trying to use this code for men's shoes should think again and not try it on.
