I ordered a wedge which didn't arrive on time. You may think that this was a supplier problem, but when I turned up at the "superstore ", the shutters were down and an apologetic note pinned to them saying to customers and deliveries, that they couldn't accept anything due to staff shortages. I called the number on the note saying that I'd travelled 40 miles to get there and was brushed off. Amateurish and dismissive is my opinion.
