Very good rooms Very complete suites with kitchen. The breakfast buffet very good. The one of the dinner, improvable, little quality of meat and fish

The hotel very cool, spacious, beautiful, has spa, golf course, meeting rooms, continental breakfast. The only problem is the place where it is located, which is an urbanization and is on the outskirts of the city center

I go to physical therapy. The appliances are good and the staff is young and competent.
The bar is quiet.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Sintra, in a private condominium, close to historical sites, accessible by car.

15 minutes from the center of sintra you have many amenities such as spa or gim the sticks that pondrua is that the bed was not very well

I liked it again, this time it was only 5 *, because on the website when I booked it was buffet dinner and as I opted for half board they served a la carte only with two choices. In addition everything 5 *

Pleasant and friendly staff. The temperature of the indoor pool, in my opinion, could be a bit higher, since the pool also doubles as jaccuzzi. Not all the water jets were in operation.

Great room a pleasant surprise as the spa was good but could be better if they were all water jets to function as well as the sauna was in no work but the most annoying was terms that leave either the pool or the Turkish bath to press a button in not very well marked to put everything back into operation.
The breakfast was pleasant enough and with enough variety and quality.

Hotel good, but for a Pestana the cleanliness of the common areas, namely in the pools, where there is trash by the floor and even inside the pool leaves a little to be desired.

Very quiet place with good breakfast and a very adequate indoor pool to relax for a while. The sofa bed in the room is very uncomfortable to sleep, but the bed is perfect and very spacious.

The facilities need to be renovated, it is noted that it has had better days but has not adapted to the most modern times. Service was careful but some employees showed some lack of motivation and boredom for the service they were providing, causing some discomfort to customers. The area itself is still very nice, but there are some things to improve.

In general the hotel is fine but there would be things to improve considering that it is a 4 star hotel. The room is very spacious and clean but the extra bed (sofa bed) was broken and the mattress shattered. This we said at the reception and immediately they put us two more comfortable beds. The correct breakfast.

Wonderful landscape. We are very well received. On the other hand, very few people speak French so it's adventure !!! A good holiday is a magical place. Small flat water is a little cold ....

Positives: Indoor pool and breakfast.
Negative points: Building needing, in general, works of conservation and renovation. General heating system maladjusted.

Good indoor pool, clean and good food the criticism was the lack of appeal for the evening, not even a ball game had to entertain.

I loved the service, the entire stay, breakfast, all 5 * :)

In general I was very satisfied.

I was impressed by the size of the room, combined with the fact that it has a kitchenette, but what stood out (in the room) was definitely the comfort that the bed provides us.

Breakfast has an immense variety and quality ... the well selected fruit !!

With regard to cleaning ... nothing to point out

I also want to highlight the quality of some employees, as they work with a high degree of professionalism .. (I explain the context)
Hotel only provides bathrobes for those who request massages or purchase romantic packs (sparkling wine and bathrobe) .. I asked if they eventually rented only the bathrobe, as I was not interested in the massages, and since I don't drink alcohol, I also didn't want the romantic pack. In response I was told that they do not actually rent the bathrobe.
As such we opted to resort to the romantic pack (around 40 ), however we asked to change the drink, opting for a simple bottle of water, since we would only be interested in the robe ... in this scenario the employee mentioned who would do everything possible to overcome this situation. When entering the room there were two bathrobes on the bed, at no extra cost!
In short, the fact that there was this type of attitude / behavior on the part of the hotel's employees, only shows that they are interested in working with a single objective ... in customer satisfaction !!
Finally, the hotel stopped selling a romantic pack, however, it won a customer !!!!

Golf course is nice. Club house cosy and reasonable food.

Impressive everything has been perfect. Everything very clean, employees very attentive, breakfast buffet full varied. We will repeat insurance.
