Very clean room, breakfast is buffet style but with little choice. Excellent pool and spa

A beautiful experience in contact with nature and a magnificent golf area.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, but quite expensive compared to what it has, I did not find anything special.

Cozy space with sauna, jacuzzi, gym, indoor pool, Turkish bath and direct access to the golf course. Depending on the room you may have views of the garden / pool and the Sintra mountain range. The indoor pool is heated with adequate temperature but could be larger for the capacity of hotel guests. Parking is reduced, with several customers barely parking the car on top of tours at the end of the day.

Mediocre hotel with tired rooms... Rather high noise level in the room, as there are many loudly barking dogs in the neighbourhood...

Good. Too bad to be so far away from everything. The advantage is peace of mind.

The rooms are large, but the qualities of both the rooms and the spa correspond more to a three-star hotel than to a four-star hotel.
The breakfast buffet is fine. There is a wide variety of traditional breads and pastries. Scarce in fresh fruit and variety of yoghurts. They have a specific section without gluten.

Lovely hotel, but we only stayed one night and it was the night we flew in. The staff was very accommodating with an early check-in and borrowing of a power adapter and even purchasing one from them at a very reasonable price.

I love this hotel! The polite staff, excellent breakfasts, pool and sauna are very good in the cold season! It s a pity they re not allowed to watch ducks and rabbits on golf fields

I was in the mezzanine suite. Complete apartment, duplex. Good areas, private, functional kitchen. Indoor pool, outdoor, tennis, jacuzzi, turkish bath, sauna and fantastic spa.
Negative: in need of modernization and some works

Rooms of very good quality and excellent common facilities. It is inside the Quinta da Beloura, so access is not intuitive the first time. Eye because it has two access possibilities. The least good is the breakfast, nothing presentable for the category of the hotel.

Problems with spare water, towels and room service. The meal is too simple for what it offers. For what you pay per night I recommend another hotel nearby.

Great hotel. Good reception, the room was spacious and the bathroom. Very nice garden with 1 swimming pool and 1 children's pool. At the breakfast level, there was choice as well as for meals.

Hotel 4 and. Moorish style near the city of Sintra (15 minutes by car). Spacious and comfortable rooms. Rich breakfast buffet with quality products and a wide choice of drinks, breads, pastries, cheeses, fruit ... Excellent hospitality and hotel easy to find. In the evening there is a buffet restaurant for 25 / p. Pool, spa and hammam included in the price of the room.

Super recommended site. Ideal if you are going to visit WITHOUT WORK.

Nice golf course with reasonable greenfee for FPG members

I found the hotel very pleasant and both the arrival and departure took place in a way of extreme courtesy and friendliness, this despite the fact that the staff seemed to me to be clearly brimming with service. The 12th day holiday in Spain made the hotel fill (literally) with guests who came across the border. Still, they had a smile and time for kindness with the kids. My oldest daughter reminded us on the second day of stay that the "Andre and Marta from the reception" were very friendly.

The hotel facilities are very reasonable and the setting is elegant but informal. The room we chose for a family stay (mezzanine suite) is a wonderful space for those who travel with children and especially if, like us, one of the children is still a baby.

We did not try the restaurant but ordered a meal for the room which was served very quickly and in a friendly manner. The indoor pool is a must stop. The breakfast, although complete, has become the lowest point of the experience since the reduced space around the service tables in a situation of great occupation of the hotel, makes the experience of the first meal of the day a moment of stress and not of relaxation.

Within a few kilometers of Sintra's town center (car is mandatory) and close to major road accesses, this hotel is clearly a strong reference for anyone visiting Sintra even if golf is not part of their list of sports of choice.

Expected more from a Pestana Hotel, feels a bit outdated, no attention to detail

Great place. Slight confusion as Pestana website promised mountain/pool view without mentioning it to the hotel. Staff worked hard to deliver.

The air conditioning was deactivated throughout the hotel, the service very bad and they do not meet your needs, there is no place to charge the phone or provide dental kit, the food is even worse than the decoration, which is to say. I would not return even if they invited me

Golf hotel and resort. We had a not very good experience there. The hotel was crowded, the rooms are not designed to make life easier for guests as they have very smooth wooden stairs to access the bed, and there is no bathroom near the bed so at night you have to go downstairs if you need to go to bathroom. And it can cause accidents if you are drowsy or if you have a health condition that affects your balance.

Not bad, four-star structures and three-star services, when we went at least, did not indicate anything, or if there were in the pools lockers, dressing gowns or changing rooms.

It is a magnificent hotel 30 minutes from Lisbon and very close to the main tourist attractions in the area. Breakfast is 10 and the rooms very spacious and cozy

Perfect, I stayed 3 days in this hotel and everything is really very good, the staff, the bar, restaurant, the small spa with indoor pool, sufficiently equipped. Perfect room service. I would go back very soon for a relaxing weekend

It stopped in time. Super old, they don't have parking, and the ridiculous, they don't even have a banana !!!

I am bit torn between 3 and 4 stars but decided to go for 4 stars as overall my stay in this hotel was quite pleasant but there is definitely room for improvement. The room was ok, big bed, but the last time I have seen such a small TV is years ago. The bathroom could do with some modernizing and new silicon around the bath tub. Considering that we got a good room rate, I was happy with the room but not if I had to pay the full price. We opted for the bar for dinner, which we didn't regret. Very comfy place with really nice staff, a great menu and tasty food, really good value for money. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn't so good, as any hot food went immediately cold on the cold plates and the baked beans didn't deserve to be called baked as they were hard and inedible.

Do not waste more time super mega excellent service we go very often together with customers and are always spotless everything very clean and the bar has great pizza 'is the tip guaranteed fun
