I am bit torn between 3 and 4 stars but decided to go for 4 stars as overall my stay in this hotel was quite pleasant but there is definitely room for improvement. The room was ok, big bed, but the last time I have seen such a small TV is years ago. The bathroom could do with some modernizing and new silicon around the bath tub. Considering that we got a good room rate, I was happy with the room but not if I had to pay the full price. We opted for the bar for dinner, which we didn't regret. Very comfy place with really nice staff, a great menu and tasty food, really good value for money. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn't so good, as any hot food went immediately cold on the cold plates and the baked beans didn't deserve to be called baked as they were hard and inedible.
