The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The food was a bit expensive but the amount of food and quality made up for it

Its well deserving if more than 5 stars. The atmosphere is electric and there's old games and new awesome games. Plus a place to relax for people that come with someone but don't gamble. Its a must to visit.

it's a gold rush everyday and your always invited to do some digging, in your pockets especially. the gold awaits for those who want it bad enough.

patience and deep pockets are all you need to strike gold at the gold strike and that's no anthracite they are peddling just united states of America federally backed and secured quality gold. so strike while the iron is hot.

Stayed here while visiting Memphis. Was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Gaming was way better then Casino's in home state Minnesota

Love this place. Live music was amazing my boyfriend thought the singers were lip syncing. NO!!! They were just THAT phenomenal LOL We won a little money but the atmosphere is just fun and great. The buffet is cool too.

The room was very dusty. We called housekeeping for someone to come and vacuum the floor, no one ever arrived. My husband spotted a vacuum cleaner in the hall, grabbed it and vacuumed the room.

We ate at the buffet, not only did we wait in line for 47 minutes. They only had bottled sodas, cause the machines were down on a Friday night. They weren't cold at all. The crab legs have gotten worse and worse just like the free play.
1st jackpot has less variety but much better crab legs. Use to love this place, but it's going down..

The hotel was beautiful but I was saddened when we went to go to the pool and witnessed a family of four being turned away because the pool is now only for adults. The looks on the children's faces made me not enjoy myself so much. I understand that it's a casino but still. And also, it's supposed to be free drinks as long as your gamble.... The catch is you have to be able to get a waiter or waitresses attention in order to get the drink. That's very hard to do with a packed house. It was nice tho.

The only thing that I found wrong was there was not enough machines to cash out. The rooms are nice and people friendly. I really enjoyed myself.

The best Casino Hotel to stay in! If you want a nice room with decent services you've come to the right place! The Casino itself is also very nice if you haven't stayed here for the night you're missing out and for me this casino brought me luck! This is by far the best Casino and Hotel in Tunica county Mississippi!! Five stars!!!!!

We had a good time everybody is very friendly and my husband enjoyed himself he won a little but he was very happy he had a bad operation and it's been 2 years since he been to a casino we enjoyed thanks very much

I understand things have changed a lot during the pandemic. However, the food at their buffet was absolutely horrible.. Not sure if it was any better before but now its just terrible.. I decided not to play..

The food is pretty good, but still you stand some changes in the menu.

It could have been better the rooms ac didn't cool very well,the casino was great fun even if we didn't win much but we will be back.

It was way too busy. You couldn't get on a good slot machine or find an open spot at a blackjack table. I was never able to get a waitress to bring me a drink.

Great 1 night stay. Son had a blast at the indoor pool (small for the size of the casino/hotel), bummed my 14 year old couldn't work out with me in the fitness center (gotta be 18- though he has been in a gym), live band was awesome. 4 stars because fitness center regulations.

I never been treated so bad as I was yesterday Feb 20th 2019 .no drinks ..pep.si...did not win even a dollar .I dont think I will be back ..

Love all of the different types of gaming options they provide. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean.

Love this place, however lately it's hard to get a drink on the floor.

I love this place hidden somewhat out in the country and that's the beauty of it all. Slots are really loose super clean. The staff is constantly moving cleaning wiping down machines chairs and you name it these people work hard through their shifts to make us feel safe. Super clean casinos. Both casinos are 5Stars thanks to all the staff you are the best. I will definitely be back. Rooms are super nice excellent prices. 2 hand payouts I had a good evening.

Our favorite place to visit in Tunica. Nice variety of gaming, friendly staff, and great food. Chicago Steakhouse is fabulous. Keep up the good work, thanks.

Very nice place. Could be back great after the covid virus is at Bay. Only complaint was my favorite place to eat is Pickle and Jam. When we arrived we tried to order about five different items off the menu. We were told by staff there the only choice we had was chicken and fries and pizza. We tried to order slices of the pizza to be told that wasn't an option. We had to order a whole pizza. It would have been really good except the crust was still doughy. It was too thick and not cooked long enough. We also got a side of onion rings that were ok, no ketchup, but gave us ranch instead. There were several desserts in the box and when we ask about them we were told they were just for looks. The staff at p&j were not rude, they were very friendly. The only thing that somewhat bothered us is as we were trying to order and kept getting told "nope out of that or don't have that" I guess it was a cook from the back basically said well it's close to shift change and they are going to have to restock. The lady that took our order also commented that at least one of the menu boards needed to be covered since they no longer serve anything from that board anymore. They had been out of several menu items for three or do days. Please bring back the quality food and service that made me love this once great place to eat. I also want to add I miss seeing Ms. Helen there to greet everyone and make you feel so appreciated for just dropping in if only to day hello. I'm sure she retired, but just wanted to mention her as well.
