Ms Tedi is always professional and proactive! She always takes great care of her clients.She is also the agent for several of my friends and they work with her too. It helps us travel together. She knows the way we prefer to travel and makes sure we get what we want. She is in contact with us through the entire search, booking, flight, transportation, and follow up.

They send scam giveaway letters in the mail. Stay away.

We have been members for a few years now. The initial travel deal to get you to their presentation is pretty much much worthless. But, the company and the ongoing savings is great. We have used the Hotweek program several times, a cruise to Alaska, trip to Machu Piccu. We have saved a lot. The initial membership was pricey. If you could buy a membership on the secondary market you could save a lot. But if you love to travel and have the money to travel, the GG Membership is a good deal. We have been happy with membership, their classes, and support.

Like many people, my cruise was cancelled. Tracy Bettencourt kept me up to date on what was happening with Royal Caribbean and handled the complete cancellation very quickly. She was not only helpful but so professional and followed up with me more than I could have imagined. Great service!

Awful, spammy, lame, confusing,wasteful junk mail for a time share presentation

Very disappointed and pretty upset. First was told we were getting a $100 gift card to any restaurant of our choice. Didn t have that chance, they handed us what looked like a $100 gift card but it was actually some type of savings card which was not explained. Super confused I went online to see what restaurants we could choose from and picked one we normally wouldn t, and then when I tried giving the waitress the card it didn t work. After realizing that it only took off about $10 from our dinner.
Then we got a Hotel savings card which also was not explained, and again only takes off $30 or less amount of the hotel. I thought we would be able to book a nights stay somewhere which is what they made it sound like. To top it off it was like they were pushing us out of there office when we didn t want to sign up right away for their offer! Very disappointed!

Karen Chavez was fantastic. I needed to schedule a TA cruise and was having trouble doing it on-line. She contacted the right people and then she walked me through the site to register. She then proceeded to follow up and made sure I received confirmation and met the requirements. Because of her, I saved $4,000 on my trip. Thank you Karen!
