I volunteered here a while back as part of a master's class in Special Education. I found the staff and clients to be utterly amazing. I'm glad this place exists.

Wow, I rarely post work related things because I am such a FOODIE! However this place is truly making a difference for so many folks in New Mexico that need special help and want to better their lives with valuable employment. Awesome work Adelante!!

So Centro helps with so many things in the community! You have no idea how much Adelante is involved with New Mexico. Its just amazing & I love it.

The people that work for this organization is what makes Adelante so caring and instrumental in providing care and services for those in need. The commitment and passion they have for the local community's needs and wants is what makes this a top notch organization.

As a former employee I feel compelled to warn anyone with loved ones in the care of this organization to check in regularly and often with the staff and make sure everyone is following the rules and is taking their training seriously. In all honesty, the staff should be comprised of actual nurses, not random folks with minimal training about administering medication and health care services. Night staff tend to sleep because they don t get paid well enough for what this job entails so they have to work multiple jobs and physically cannot stay awake all night. Generally caring staff but definitely underpaid, under qualified for the requirements of the job and overworked.
