They have just started managing my building, Infinity West in West Hollywood, and all they have done is taken care of minor landscaping and put up open house flags. They gave away my 2 parking spots and then found the form I had filled out to keep my parking spots, they're never in the building, they wanted to shoot my rent up by about $500, and they never get back to you on any request.
My thing is, if you don t feel up to dealing with people in a professional manner you feel you have to huff and puff and don t care to address concerns or matters when brought up then it appears that isn t job for people who conduct themselves in this manner. Get some professionals please.
Management have no control over their apartment. Very unprofessional.
Apartment is clean and well kept but unfortunately is very unsafe. Prime homeless location with break ins and packages are stolen. And of course they charge a prime north Hollywood price
I don't feel like this management treats all their tenants the same. Some of the apartments here have not been cleaned in over 10 years and some people who've been on the waiting list to move into another apartment get overlooked. Thank you
Even though I never lived in any of their properties, unfortunately my 73 year old mother does. My mother lives at Grandview Terrace Apartments, that is subsidized apartment complex for people 65+ yo, managed by GK Management. And what a horrible management that is! Reperesentatives at the property, especially secretary Diamond, are rude to the residents and family members, ignorant and very unprofessional; office hours are inconsistent. Last month building underwent termite fumigation treatment, after which many residents were missing personal items and expensive goods from their apartments. My attempt to communicate this issue to the management on the site, Shameka and Diamond, did not go well. I sent correspondence to the main office, addressing issue to the attention of Brenda Torres, - 2 weeks went by and not a single word in response! Nobody contacted me back, nobody even attempted to contact residents named in my complaint to apologize and/or compensate their loses, and apparently nobody is investigating this despicable matter.
I will not let it go easy though...
Do you want your MONEY security deposit retained by your landlord? Please lease or rent one of the apartments this ripoff Management company owns. Do you like to be treated like you do not have any rights? Please come to live in one of there communities. I had such a bad experience with this management company that I do not wish the same fate to my worst enemies. Better yet give them a try and find out for your self. Gooooood Luck
