Answer to reply : you didn't replace the machine, I have been there yesterday. Just a lie. And I can assure you that I can use fitness machines in a proper and professional way ;) but in that condition of the equipment it is unfortunately not possible. Sorry to mention that, but it's the truth. You should be happy about the feedback and not insult your clients.

I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip at this hotel. I didn't go to the breakfast so I can't tell if it is any good or not.
Rooms: first impression was that it was really really big and I was positively surprised. After the second look I realized that it was only the size which was impressive. The room itself is in bad shape and it looks very old. The wall was dirty at some places where it needs definitely another paint. The mini bar was empty (as business traveler that's really bad :D).
The bathroom was in an even worse shape, there were brown places at the bathtub and on the wall. The shower curtain was also yellow colored and a little brown at the end. I didn't really feel comfortable.
The beds were 2 seperated beds together and too soft, as a single person traveling not really useful.
Gym: the gym is the biggest joke I've ever seen. It is even very dangerous to use in my opinion as the machine for the back training didn't have something to sit on and the cables were already down to the steel! After each use there was a really unhealthy crack sound and I stopped immediately to use it. There is a bench press and some walking trainers to use. The weights are already rusty and your hands smell like old metal after use. If you look for a hotel with a gym, go somewhere else.
Staff: the staff was quite friendly with some exceptions, but overall very helpful. That actually made me give 3 stars instead of 2 stars.
Overall impression: on first look it seems to be a really nice hotel, but if you take a closer look it needs desperately a complete renovation of all facilities in there. Definitely not a golden tulip standard I know from other places in Europe.
