Mattress did not hold up. I only had it 10mths and it has dents were we sleep with a ridge down the middle. I will not be buying another one.

Called the place for a warranty for a matress thats 8 years old and they told me in order to have warranty on the matress I have to have a receipt of the matress when I bought it so I asked the lady in cs its just a way for me to buy the matress to tell me that you have 10 yr warranty and when i ask for a replacement they ask for a recipt bougus company fraud to the max what a good way to spend some money and trow it t to the trash I guess you live and you learn would not recommend anyone to make business with these people trash trash trash

I have a called and ask about my mattress warranty and was told they have send me paperwork to fill out but I haven't received anything. I called again and gave them my address again and still no paperwork. Now how long do it take to receive it. I'm calling again tomorrow and maybe they can email me the paperwork let's see how that goes or maybe they will call me after they read this.I just want them to honor their warranty.

I had the worst experience with THREE mattresses manufactured from this company. They get dips in them within 3 nights of sleep. We went through 2 firms and 1 pillow top in a matter of 2 months before the company we bought it from finally just gave us a refund. These are sewn together like complete trash. PLEASE research the manufacturer and the material they use in their products before buying.

Very tight palace for back you have to reverse from road but unload you in 20 minutes

Worst effing product i have ever purchased. I will never recommend or refer even my enemies to the trash you sell.
