I was visiting my daughter and happened to see a beautiful RADO timepiece on the window while walking through Chinatown. I stopped and talked with Paul (owner) and he spent some time describing watch. I had not seen this particular watch anywhere else. But, since I was visiting from East Coast and not familiar with Goldwing, I decided to pass on purchase. Did some on line reviews on both watch and Goldwing, I went back following day and had a very pleasant experience with both Paul and his daughter Connie and ended up purchasing the watch. Paul was kind enough to put a brand new battery in and was masterful in resizing the band. This was a real find and the owners are excellent to deal with. Great store and great service.
