A great getaway experience! I may have not have hit any jackpots, but the French toast sticks and prime rib at the brunch buffet were seriously the best I ve ever had. Our server Katie was great and always had our refills ready. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable, but could have benefited from a simple mini-fridge. Location close enough to Memphis to make a nice trip for the day. Looking forward to staying and playing again in the future!

Had a lot of fun with my friends that I went with for the day. I have nothing negative to say. Oh just know that I spent 20 dollars for a breakfast burrito and a small chocolate milkshake. But I knew it was going to be expensive cause your in a casino. Not a complaint just letting you guys know it's not @ cheap place be ready to spend money if you've never been to a casino.

Had machines I like to play!!!! Atmosphere was so friendly, and I had an awesome time while playing. You do need to check this one out it's Great Place

We had so much fun and everyone was so nice!! The management at the hotel took care of our concerns right away. The food was pretty good too. My husband and I needed a get away and this was the best place. Thank you GoldStrike.

First time going to a Casino. Everyone was nice. It was amazing watching others play. I kinda just pushed buttons xD simple enough. Drinks were amazing as well. Went super late so other parts weren't open.

It was terrible. Got there they had canceled my reservation. But still got my email with my confirmation number and everything. Then had to pay a lot higher price for the room. I couldn't believe it. But not intending to come back. I'm very disappointed.

Me and my mom went to gold strike, the music well band was great the people didn't have on mask or anything and there were no winning especially video poker omg.. next time we must go somewhere else. Bridget Reltherford Jones

I can see they are making good changes! The buffet though is not working with cafeteria style eating! Charging for crab legs was understandable because of people wanting to eat more than their share! The take out restaurant up front is crazy! I have a $75 credit so why cant I use for dinner and whatever is left go towards breakfast or snacks? Making (1) person spend $75 all at once is ridiculous and wasteful! Why not give us (2) days to use! Rethink this decision! Love you guys!

Today for the first time in 5or 6yrs I returned to your casino, my husband and I had a great time but had a few too many drinks and tried to purchase a room but they told us they had no vacancies. But because we had a few too many, the host should comp us a room. The host told us we didn't have enough points and had not played long enough. The law states if you allow people to drink too much you are responsible for them. They were not concerned they only looked at how much money we had spent and not the dangerous situation.

I gave it two stars cause the room was clean, but I could not enjoy the stay. In the the room next to me several people started arguing and fighting and it started around midnight and did not stop until around 3am in the morning even though someone came up and told them to quite down. In addition it was extremely crowded on the casino floor, and I stood in line at the Sweet Tea restaurant for 1 hour and 45 minutes to get cold food to take back to my room where is the no microwave or fridge. If you are going to be busy why not hire 2 or 3 more people at that restaurant. This was my first time here and not sure if it s worth returning.
