Gold and Diamond store is a gem of a jewelry store pun intended.
My wife and I had a few pieces of jewelry custom made and are very happy with everything. Once my wife's 30th anniversary diamond came out production and was given to her by Darryl the jewelry expert they both could not stop grinning and chuckling. All I could think of is that I'm in trouble now...lol We are satisfied, great Gold and Diamonds!

Very impressed, great staff they made feel comfortable while I was there. Very good prices, I researched on line and found their prices to be very competitive

Veronica was the best. We came in to buy a diamond and emerald wedding for our wedding that was only 2 weeks away. We found the perfect band but they couldn't size it down in time for the wedding. She allowed us to take the bigger ring with a ring guard so we would have it for the wedding, ordered me the ring in the right size and when my ring came in, I just exchanged the larger ring for mine. Great service!!!

Went in with a budget and price given was over by $300. Sales agent was able to get it exactly to my budget, including tax! Great selection of rings and over the top customer service.

Ive been shopping at Gold and Diamond Source for around 15 years. Of course I've tried other jewelers but kept coming back to Gold and Dimond Source. My wife and I are always well taken care of with pricing, service and knowledgeable staff. Patty, Troy and Joe and been awesome to my wife and I. The selection at this store is astounding and they are quickly able to size or fit pieces on site because of the staff of jewelers. Gold and Diamond Source is really the only jeweler I shop at anymore.

Just went in to pick out engagement ring and had Tim T as our representative. He was absolutely great to work with. Never once felt pressured on picking out a ring. Thank you Tim for the great experience and will see you soon when we pick up the ring.

Go see Elise Lague The Diamond and Jewelry Specialist! She was most most helpful on showing a great selection to choose from and showed the difference in quality and characteristics of each piece.

My wife's father passed away several months ago and she has been going through a very tough time. One of the things he had given her many years ago was a blue topaz stone. I thought a great way for my wife to remember her father was to have the stone set in a ring.

My sister recommended this place and I am so glad she did. She introduced me to Troy who spent a long time assisting me finding the perfect ring. The store was jam packed but Troy treated me like I was the only one in the store. He was knowledgeable, extraordinarily friendly, and a consummate professional.

I have always been somewhat cynical about stepping into jewelry stores. I always believed that salespeople in jewelry stores were out to take advantage of unwary customers, but I truly felt comfortable that Troy was listening to my concerns and wasn't out to just make a buck.

Not only did he offer an extremely fair price, but without me even asking he offered to have it done in just four days because my wife's birthday was coming up the following weekend.

The store is enormous and has an amazing variety of jewelry. I have never seen anything like it.

I won't go any where else for future jewelry purchases. Thanks Troy, I know that the ring you helped me purchase for my wife will bring tears of joy to her eyes.

Jules - To start - upon first meeting, Jules said to us "I will take out every ring in this store until we find the perfect one!" And she practically did. I was searching band after band many of which I LOVED but weren't quite right with my engagement ring. Then after she SO patiently reassured me that I did not have to make any decisions that day and could think about what I wanted, I told Jules how much I loved the ocean and how one of my favorite things about my diamond in my engagement ring is that it has a chip (family heirloom) that causes one of the sides to look like a wave. After so many hours of looking and trying on every single band in the store, Jules grabbed one that had the most movement I've ever seen in a diamond ring and it LITERALLY took my breath away. It was an insert where my engagement ring sat in the middle of this swirly twirly wavy band and I gasped! I had to quiet down because I was being so vocal about how much I loved it! It made me want to cry it was so beautiful! How could someone match diamonds to my soul so perfectly? I don't know, but Jules did it!! The entire time, she was so patient and completely excited when we would see something that looked great. I also valued how she would tell me when she didn't think a band would be a good fit with my engagement ring. Her expertise, patience, kindness and overall outstanding demeanor gave us the best experience we have had at any store EVER. After we chose the perfect band, she helped me find the perfect little rings for my bridesmaids and we moved on to find my husband his perfect ring (another that Jules picked!!) and gifts for others. Outside of her direct service, Jules gave us her personal email and was kind and punctual when communicating with us about timing for sizing, pickups, etc. Customer service award of the century should go to this woman!!!

Michael - After searching for the perfect turquoise pieces for my mother for our wedding, we couldn't quite find the exact pieces that we thought she'd love. So alongside Jules, Michael showed us every turquoise stone they had in store and let us completely customize my mom's three pieces (bracelet, ring and necklace) exactly to her taste. From the size chain, to the size pearls to how the turquoise would be set, we chose every last detail. Michael was so patient as we spent hours picking the perfect way to arrange the stones and going back and forth on our decisions. The pride he took in creating the perfect pieces speaks volumes to his love for ensuring customers have exactly what they envision when creating custom jewelry. My mom sobbed when she saw them and joked that she wouldn't need the boxes because she would never be taking them off! In addition to the custom pieces, boy oh boy does Michael know EVERYTHING about watches! His eyes literally glowed when telling us the difference between a Rolex and a Movado. We left feeling like we could teach a history class on the changes in the decades of watches and what inspired their design. Michael helped my husband pick the perfect watch for his best man!

Chelsea and Luis - My diamond was originally set at another jewelry store. There were gaps in the way the prongs held the diamond which caused snagging and a lot of fur/hair to catch in the ring constantly. When I brought my engagement ring back to have it soldered to the band, Chelsea and Luis went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that my diamond was re-set the way it should be and I could not believe the difference!!! My diamond now looks completely secure and the prongs DO NOT CATCH ANYMORE!! The fact that the jewelers here take so much pride to ensure that your ring not only looks stunning but is as secure as possible speaks to the incredible values the employees of Gold & Diamond Source hold.

And of course, Steve and Julie - thank you for providing a jewelry experience unlike any other!!

I bought my girlfriend's ring there it's a three stone Marquise I don't remember exactly who helped me but she was great. I'm a tile setter, I walked in one day after work, looking a mess I wasn't treated like a bum. I did the gift card match it worked out GREAT. We're getting married in May, this weekend we're going back to pick out wedding rings cuz we did the gift card match for Valentine's day.

I brought my EX engagement ring to them so I can sell it they told me I can only get $300 for it. I told him I Spent $5,000 on it, then the guy told me u spent to much for it, you got ripped off. What kind of Service is this insulting customer Ring, I would never recommend this place to anybody

I honestly just go there because a lady that only works during the weekends she is the classiest and finest so love being help by her. She is an excellent adsivor and externally pacient. Her knowledge of the products gave me the confidence to make my desicion. Never felt rush nor obligated to make any compromise. What an awesome experience SANDRA rocks!

Best experience ever. First time buying a diamond for my wife. From the recepcionist, the sales person the manager, all were very helpful. They make you feel like a King, like you are the most important person in the world.

Went to Gold & Diamond Source and met with Troy. Found him to be very knowledgeable in both jewelry and jems. Had a ring made with a 3/4 diamond on it and later added two more to it. Everyone that sees it loves the ring and wanted to know where I got it made. Yes I would recommend the Gold & Diamond Source to everyone I know for there once in a lifetime jewelry. Ask for Troy, tell him DJ sent you.

Do not sell your jewelry to these people. They know exactly what they're doing, and they will take your jewelry for reductions in excess of 95% of the original price. I brought in a 2 ct. tw ring originally certified for over $1500, and they offered me $95 for it, and the appraiser told me "that's just for the gold, we won't even offer you anything for the diamonds. I went to the International Diamond place next door - cash out the door - $600. Think twice before you sell to these people - even if they offer you everything under the sun on the "discounted" side. They probably sell their jewelry for 10x what they own it for. Horrible experience. Was very glad I had seller's remorse, and left with the ring. Selection of jewelry wasn't bad though.

They sized my ring wrong and they want to charge me to resize it within the first month of having it. Also they don't make you feel comfortable, the whole time the security guard was looking at us and making me feel as if I had done something wrong.

Mais is awesome when it comes to sales. I consider myself to be a very well informed consumer that researches every purchase prior to sale. Mais was very helpful and informative during this process and has even written me emails reguarding a purchase from home in her off time. When my boyfriend and I arrived by the store I knew he had made the right choice. Staff greet you when you come in the door, right away they were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Owners came to us as well, and very friendly, and took a picture with us. Awesome!!!!

When I wanted to remove some diamonds from an old broach I was never going to wear, Alexis at G&D was most helpful. She found a beautiful
setting to add the stones to my current wedding ring. Even though the stones were small, you would have thought I had brought in a fabulous stone. What great service. She was terrific from beginning to end!

Not only that, Alexis had my grandmother's engagement diamond set to hang from a white gold chain for my daughter. It was lovely to give this family gift, and my daughter is thrilled to wear it.

When we came in and Salwa in sales was extremely nice, helpful and pleasant. We came in to originally just browse and ended up with a beautiful solitaire ring. It is gorgeous.

My wife and I visited the store after shopping at many other places for a new setting for my wife's diamond. The experience exceeded our expectations. A warm and welcoming staff. Selection that surpassed any other store, and our sales person Veronica was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Best of all Gold and Diamond Source was able to meet our budget with an amazing setting that was unlike any we had seen elsewhere.

Very disappointed. I here them advertised alot so I thought I'd give them a shot. I bought my wife an emerald ring last year for Christmas and everytime she wore it a stone fell out. They were good about fixing it everytime I brought it in. But now it's there again and I'm tired of making all these trips.

Our experience with Gold & Diamond Source has been superb from start to finish. We started our search for my fiancee's wedding band about 8 months ago. He wanted something very specific that not all jewelers carry in stock. I reached out to AJ Boyko, who walked us through the ordering process. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to cancel our first wedding. AJ kept in touch, mostly out of concern for our sick family member, and ended up honoring the price we were quoted 8 months ago despite the cost of gold being higher, now. We visited the store last Saturday; AJ and Mais went above and beyond to get us in and out, quickly, with the ring we wanted at the price we were quoted...and to top it all off...they are able to deliver the special order ring to us FAR ahead of the times the manufacturer promised. My husband is in the military and we only had a few days of his leave to get married. After buying a couple of pair of earrings and a bracelet at an exceptional price, I ordered a ring custom made. To my surprise the cost of the ring was lower than I budgeted. I expected that it would take some time to finish the ring but it only took a few days, with the staff calling or emailing me with updates frequently.
