I recently signed up with Zachary Williams. I was very happy to work with him. He took his time and gathered all the necessary information. He will try to give you a great deal. Timothy the agent, was great for getting a lower quote but: I am sorry that I am submitting a 1 star for Progressive Insurance customer service. I am canceling this this transaction with Progressive because the 1 star reviews were greater than any other stars. It was either 1 star or 5 stars nothing in-between. It wasn't just one Progressive policy holder but too many drivers with the same problem .I see a driver with one accident with progressive driver not at fault but insurance raised $140 a month. There were too many repeated times that the progressive driver had to call because it was too early or too late to make a claim or get results for a claim or get payment to fix their car. Lack of customer service in a timely manner and increasing the monthly premium when it was not the Progressive driver's fault, That is a bummer. I am now with StateFarm insurance and have had no accidents and no tickets in the 61 years I have been driving. The $46 quote is great but if I can't depend on keeping that rate if someone hits me. I must say CANCEL my application for PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE. I AM WILLING TO PAY A HIGHER PREMIUM even though I am on low social security payment. If my rate went from $46 t+ $140 or $180 per month, I couldn't handle that increase. Cancel and don't take out the first payment of $57. Sorry Progressive, get Customer service better and don't raise the rate on drivers that were not at fault.
Eric was wonderful. I had absolutely no problems. Very professional and understood when I had to keep getting back with him. I would recommend speaking with him in the Boston office. Got a better rate than my old company. Extremely pleased.
I was shopping for my home and car insurance as premium from my previous insurance went up after my son had accident. Patrick Rivera from Goji insurance called me and I told him what I want on my policy. He shopped around and told me what will be the best insurance company for me. I saved about $1500 a year with Goji. Patrick was very helpful, very professional and nice to deal with. He was not pushy at all and I will highly recommended him for insurance need.
The difference between one star and five stars appears to be who/which agent they were dealing with. Those who gave one star reviews should also name the agent, so Goji can improve their overall performance and prospective clients (like me) can avoid agents who do not represent the office well. Thanks to the five star reviews, new customers can choose an agent who will go the extra mile and give the best service. I would hope that those who were honored are given a bonus for that.

Kevin was very helpful it helping me pick a more affordable Car Insurance Company with the same coverage I had before at 1/2 the cost.
However getting this person to call back after the fact is almost impossible after 4 or 5 messages and couple phone calls I gave up and just called the insurance company directly to get my questions answered and a mistake corrected. This would be a great service if they did follow up and returned phone calls. That would have earned them a 4 or 5 star rating.
