Timothy the agent, was great for getting a lower quote but: I am sorry that I am submitting a 1 star for Progressive Insurance customer service. I am canceling this this transaction with Progressive because the 1 star reviews were greater than any other stars. It was either 1 star or 5 stars nothing in-between. It wasn't just one Progressive policy holder but too many drivers with the same problem .I see a driver with one accident with progressive driver not at fault but insurance raised $140 a month. There were too many repeated times that the progressive driver had to call because it was too early or too late to make a claim or get results for a claim or get payment to fix their car. Lack of customer service in a timely manner and increasing the monthly premium when it was not the Progressive driver's fault, That is a bummer. I am now with StateFarm insurance and have had no accidents and no tickets in the 61 years I have been driving. The $46 quote is great but if I can't depend on keeping that rate if someone hits me. I must say CANCEL my application for PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE. I AM WILLING TO PAY A HIGHER PREMIUM even though I am on low social security payment. If my rate went from $46 t+ $140 or $180 per month, I couldn't handle that increase. Cancel and don't take out the first payment of $57. Sorry Progressive, get Customer service better and don't raise the rate on drivers that were not at fault.
