Those who gave one star reviews should also name the agent, so Goji can improve their overall performance and prospective clients (like me) can avoid agents who do not represent the office well. Thanks to the five star reviews, new customers can choose an agent who will go the extra mile and give the best service. I would hope that those who were honored are given a bonus for that.
