What they said!!! On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a -20. I don't even believe they deserve 1 star (they should get NO STARS), but I cannot post this review without at least 1, so don't be misled by this ''high'' rating I've posted.

I ordered a GPS from this company on May 3rd today is July 7, and I still don t have my shipment, either it was lost or stolen! Trying to get help from the Factory Outlet Store no help at all, they ve been wasting my time, and according to that I don t have the shipment, they are not returning money back to my account or resending back my shipment worse Company ever I have ever meet!!!
I won t suggest anyone ordering from this Bl...t company!!! Don t order from them!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I SPOKE TO FEDEX AND THEY ARE TELLING ME, ask shipper to open a claim so that we return money back, but company doesn t want to open a claim what s wrong whit your life s Btchs fk all of you working for this comp!!!!!!!!!
Not sure what gives about the negative reviews, I've had a pleasure every single time dealing with the folks at Gogo. Extremely comprehensive, well-rounded team. Would do business again.
On 04/08/20 I ordered a telscopic fishing pole. It arrived timely 04/14/20, but it was missing 3 pieces. I have tried to call this company several times no answer.. I placed a dispute with my credit card.
This review represents my initial assessment. It could change for the better should they improve their customer service and yes I know we are in the midst of a pandemic; however, they've had poor ratings before the pandemic.
They send me the wrong product. Takes them 2 wks to send me a free return shipping label and when I finally get it it's invalid. Now 20 days later here I am waiting Again for another return shipping label. No Apologies from this backwards company.
Never Again will I shop here.

Only gave them 1 star because it won't let you give a ZERO!!! My husband ordered a part through customer service. He gave them exact description AND a part number. It was a 7 pin to 9 pin reducer cable. The packing slip had the correct description but that is NOT what we received. They only refunded partial payment. VERY UNHAPPY. BUYERS BEWARE!!
This has been a nightmare! It took 1.5 months to receive most of my order when the items were "in stock" according to the website. Part of the order was not included even though the packing slip says otherwise. Numerous phone calls make no difference in getting the issue resolved. I do NOT recommend this company. They do not deserve a one star rating.
We returned 4 phones and were promised a full credit if we ordered different models per Dan. We ordered 4 new models. After paying postage for the returns, $100.00 was deducted from our credit. Would have left no stars if that was an option.
I primarily shop online and have done so for years. This has been the worst experience that I have endured.
