I had a very bizarre experience here yesterday. I returned a faulty remote, but I realised when I got home that I had brought the wrong one (an old one that was dirty and scratched) in to the store. But I had no chance to explain this.
Within the space of a few minutes, I was called disgusting. I was told I stank. I was yelled at and told to leave, or the police would be called. I was not given any opportunity to understand what the problem was. A civil person would have discussed the condition of the remote control, and together we would have realized that I had brought the wrong one. But I was barely given a chance to speak. I did not once raise my voice. I had just handed over a dirty remote control. If it was not scary, the experience may have been funny.
I did not feel safe in this store.

I got amazing service from these guys. I asked a question via their website and received an answer the following morning. I then ordered the "Replacement Universal KELVINATOR Air Conditioner Remote Control" at about 5pm AWST and it arrived the very next day (this is unheard of in Perth)!

Also, even though Kelvinator was not listed on the code chart the auto-search function found the air con no problem. It's a fantastic product, and I'm so impressed with getting it delivered the day after ordering.

I had an urgent query and spoke to Steven who looked after me. I am surprised that a small company was so honest and looked after me like an old fashioned shop used to, very happy with their response and service was great. Couldn't be happier to do business with them Thanks Ross D, Melbourne Vic.

My TV remote broke and I had no idea where to find...

My TV remote broke and I had no idea where to find one for a 5 yr old tv..I googled it came up with GO company in Brisbane. .. so impressed even google has an eye for AWESOME service ! Prompt efficient reply and delivery. Highly recommended and I'll be definitely passing my experience on.
A huge THANKYOU once again Steven for all your help and prompt friendly service even late on a Saturday arvo....

Terrible customer service, staff member Steven was rude and unhelpful. Not sure if he was having a bad day or if he is always like this.

Not sure why you would think you would have my details on record when I just came into your store?

It s a shame you refuse to accept the multiple complaints and insist the problem is with your customers.

I would rate 0 if it was possible.

We have nothing but trouble dealing with Steven. Our new remote control was NOT working straight out of the packet. We checked with several batteries that worked on other devices and also tested the infra red light - which there was none.
Then after multiple calls and chasing through Australia Post for the 'lost' package it was finally found at their company.
Steven says the control is working when it is not and will not give us a refund.
We will be taking this further. We have never dealt with such extremely poor customer service.

Terrific customer service and very fast delivery. I purchased a Panasonic DVD remote - I had a small issue making it work with my Sony TV. A phone call to Steven resulted in a quick fix over the phone - all completed quickly and effortlessly. Very impressed with great customer service. Highly recommend this company.

Who orders a remote without looking up the model of the tv and/or remote first?!?

I emailed the team re: a discrepancy between a product title/description, they got back to me with the correct info and fixed their listing. I went into the store to purchase the items and, as you'd expect, the individuals working there were totally fine.

I heard a rep answer the phone and within 10-15 seconds of the conversation, he politely asked the caller the model of tv they needed a remote for, or the model of the remote itself.

I ordered LG magic remote, wch is oval in shape and they delivered square remote. I called them before opening the plastic bag. They asked me to check if the remote is compatible and it was not. They requested for TV model , I didn't know about it as I purchased my TV 2 yrs ago.
Finally one of them suggested it's on the back of the television. After I provided them with the information. They wanted me to pay shipping expenses to return and shipping expenses to resend new one. They are refusing to accept they did not send the remote I ordered.. even if I ordered incorrect one for the TV. They delivered completely different one. And they are refusing to accept they made a mistake. Instead they are bullying me by saying I am horrible person and I need medical help. Currently I am without work and these vendors are acting in unjust way. I am voicing my issue and I will write letter to fair trade NSW. I may not achieve anything but I would like ppl to know this company was unjust dealing with me.

I hope others in the organisation are good. I was dealing with this man named Steven , he is verbally rude and abusive towards clients. He likes to put all the blame on client. I am left with product I cannot use and this vendor is taken my money. I do know for sure he will be answerable for exploiting customers.

The below mentioned response does not acknowledge they did not refund the money when I wanted to return.
They did not deliver what I ordered. Even if I ordered based on pic... They did not deliver wat I ordered.
They increased price on the new remote by 20 dollars. Expect me to bear the shipping expenses for their incorrect delivery.
Verbally abusive coz I asked them to refund.
This man has no ethical values. Fraudulent exploration of customer. He has my money n accuse me.
Good customer service is not when everything is perfect. When some issue arises how did you help customers.

Would of been nice if they at least open on a Satu...

Would of been nice if they at least open on a Saturday for people who work through the week and won t able to get there during the week as pick up is better option for us cause Australia post takes forever for our items to come to us or they get lost when we urgently need the product

Thank you so much for your great help and customer service. I dont know what I would of done without the superior quality and knowledge of the staff who work there. Steven truly went above and beyond and Im super satisfied with the outcome and tha5 I was able to get the exact remote and cables I needed on the same day without any need to wait.
