I ordered LG magic remote, wch is oval in shape and they delivered square remote. I called them before opening the plastic bag. They asked me to check if the remote is compatible and it was not. They requested for TV model , I didn't know about it as I purchased my TV 2 yrs ago.
Finally one of them suggested it's on the back of the television. After I provided them with the information. They wanted me to pay shipping expenses to return and shipping expenses to resend new one. They are refusing to accept they did not send the remote I ordered.. even if I ordered incorrect one for the TV. They delivered completely different one. And they are refusing to accept they made a mistake. Instead they are bullying me by saying I am horrible person and I need medical help. Currently I am without work and these vendors are acting in unjust way. I am voicing my issue and I will write letter to fair trade NSW. I may not achieve anything but I would like ppl to know this company was unjust dealing with me.

I hope others in the organisation are good. I was dealing with this man named Steven , he is verbally rude and abusive towards clients. He likes to put all the blame on client. I am left with product I cannot use and this vendor is taken my money. I do know for sure he will be answerable for exploiting customers.

The below mentioned response does not acknowledge they did not refund the money when I wanted to return.
They did not deliver what I ordered. Even if I ordered based on pic... They did not deliver wat I ordered.
They increased price on the new remote by 20 dollars. Expect me to bear the shipping expenses for their incorrect delivery.
Verbally abusive coz I asked them to refund.
This man has no ethical values. Fraudulent exploration of customer. He has my money n accuse me.
Good customer service is not when everything is perfect. When some issue arises how did you help customers.
