Great customer service! Very knowledgeable! And good prices!!

This place is terrible. I love the smoothie bar, but I get charged a different amount for the same thing every time I go. It is extremely inconsistent with prices of a small smoothie ranging from $5-$7 without any supplements. I get the same thing every time and still cannot figure out why the price is different every time I go. Not only that, it takes them about 20 years to make a smoothie when there is absolutely no other customers in the store. If you want something quick, fairly priced, and consistent do not go here.

Site says they are open until 7pm, but the doors were locked at 6pm. Two employees standing at the registers and they both looked at me like I was crazy.

Don t shop here if you are in a hurry. Extremely slow service.

I appreciate the direction of this store and corporation in general. Employees I have encountered in their stores are knowledgeable and courteous. I presume that comes from the top.

Had several technical question's...The 1st employee could not answer any of them, & referred all question's to his boss, who had remedial knowledge at best. Normally, I wouldn't make a big deal about this. However, this was GNC's biggest corporate store, right around the corner from their WORLD HQ's!!! Employee's at this location should have at least a BASIC knowledge of their products...this coming from a former GNC employee.

I had a beautiful time with the workers at GNC they are polite fun to talk to I will be back that is a promise thank you GNC

The guy working was helpful and friendly but they didn't have what I was looking for.

Such prompt and courteous service--even assistance opening the front doors as I had two heavy bags of GNC purchases!

This is the World Headquarters for the GNC corporation.

First and foremost, this store use to be great pertaining to how knowledgeable the employees were regarding health, supplments,, etc. Just this past week I there were a lot of new employees who were not knowledgeable at all. I asked 3 employees if there was a vegan post workout recovery drink and one of the employees said out loud " there's no such thing" mean while........... I found the exact product I was looking for on amazon. Customer service is very slow, the people are dry and nonchalant as if ppl. come In the store to waist there time.
