About John Ingles specifically. The man which we get told to speak to about any issues were having in our area but yet he s impossible to get hold of and never returns any calls or messages left for him. Pointless being in the position your in if you can t help your tenants. Sort it out.

Also have a severe leak coming from under my sink which has left me without a kitchen sink or washing machine until someone can get out and look at it. You would think this would be an emergency unless your a tramp. However Gloucester City Homes thinks it s acceptable to leave someone 15 days before sending someone out to have a look at the problem. Absolute joke of a company.

I've only just started my journey into shared ownership but so far they have been excellent.

My dealings with GCH has been very smooth and without any fault. The staff have been very helpful and will try to accommodate every need. Thank you GCH
