Very poor service. Keep disconnecting every 2 mins or less.
Just Bad Experience over and over again - intermittent to no connection for 3 months now and running, bad onsite tech service experience, 2 weeks now no internet and phone service. Do these people really care? Nah ugh i don't think so, petty customers are expendables.
Their customer service? - naahhh they're just there to answer and apologize, they can't do nothing - send a tech who can do nothing as well. Request for disconnection? They can't even process this until a service issue ticket is closed. I work from home, and they're leaving me no choice (No service, Can't disconnect, Can't switch). Philippines has one of the worst internet service providers in the world. They even do monopolize - do you agree? Don't get offended 'coz it's true. Until my issue has been resolved, I'll never be a happy camper.
Bad service bordering to harassment. After refusing one of their upgrades, my line was disconnected twice on November 2018 and this December, my calls were apparently unsubscribed.
The service is so slow staff can t do anything to help for customer support!!
