Not too crowded, unlike other branches. Got a plan and phone in less than 30 minutes.
Slow processing. Staff sets the wrong expectation in wait time. They would tell you that you're next in line, but you'd have to wait for more than an hour, after a dozen other people have been called by customer service.
Once being served the staff are efficient and effective, however, a 90 minute wait to be served is unsatisfactory, to say the least.
You cant take ice cream in but no trashcans anywhere. Idiots!

Feel like life is moving too fast? Can't handle all the emotions and pressure? Come on in and fall in line! You'll feel like the world has slowed down and time has stood still. You'll check your watch every so often and it'll be the same minute over and over again. What? Your number still hasn't been called? That was an hour ago! Nope. It only just felt like it.
Too bad you won't ever go back out. Your number will never be called.
Be ready to wait a really, really long time. The demo kiosks all feature outdated devices. No Internet inside. Limited seats. The list goes on.
Unfortunately this is the only store avail for device pickup in Makati.

The same applies to Green Belt. . Lots of markets, restaurants and coffeeshop you'll find fun when you go here or there

This the worst globe service center. Average waiting time around 1 hr. I came just to pick up my handset which was included in my plan renewal. The renewal itself was already processed online but it took another 30 mins to just pick up my damn phone. I should have just opted to have my phone delivered. A complete waste of time!
Customer service was really long. Took me 3 hours to get my new phone. Had to be late for work.
I am very happy with the service satisfied with someone from davao city very friendly and accommodating. Nice ambiance and it is first time for me to have a 5G sim. Very fast and like the service and support. I hope it is consistent i love the place.

They need more seats, comfortable ones. Long wait. I do like the large now serving monitor. My 15 day 800MB/day not working properly, I visited here yesterday complained they checked my phone, told me to wait 1hr to refresh nothing happened. I then loaded another 1.5GB yesterday and still nothing. Here I am. WiFi speed sucks
Globe Telecom customer "service" is the worlds worst. 30 years and running! Congrats, Globe! You bunch of incompetent EXTORTIONISTS! ESTAFADORS! YOU SHOULD BE STRIPPED OF YOUR FRANCHISE AND BE JAILED FOR SYNDICATED ESTAFA!
This company limited my access constantly cutting us off and sending messages to cut us off. Then, after a few weeks they cut us off every five minutes. I don't know if they decided to cut us off, or just are really bad service. There are many options to choose for internet in the Philippines. If the service gets better, I might consider a better review at a later time.
Was initially displeased that I had to visit a physical store due to unavailability of customer service through phone. However, everyone that assisted me on site was very accommodating especially the frontliners themselves. Very pleased with how they acknowledge clients.
Only 2 support in sales and cashier, how can you accomodate your customers. I have been waiting for more than an hour now and they are still talking to the same customer. Poor service and under staffed.

Worst experience ever, everything is very slow and the queuing system is a disaster. Everything is too complicated. Last time I went here to inquire the requirements needed for transfer of ownership, and then after done preparation I came back to submit and they asked for extra documents that were never mentioned before. This is a waste of time and so much frustration. It should be rated 0/5.
GLOBE FRIENDS! If you plan to stay an hour to two for your name to be called, this is the right branch to visit. Worst customer service. Not even worthy of 1 Star.

Though the queue system is impressive, it's not as efficient as one would expect. Imagine being queued for an hour only to be told you actually needed another document for the transaction you're requesting for. Then that's the end of your talk. NEXT PLEASE.
Very helpful staff and organized system of queue (same with other branches). I came here both times to renew my plan, i got the phone on the same day. A lot of people will help and assist you, as well.

Globe is the WORST Telecom Company in the Philippines. I am a subscriber of Broadband with Landline package and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Their Customer Service or Customer Support posted on the website are SO POOR and PARANOID! Their email address listed to be contacted are also not working, all emails are bouncing back. You GLOBE, where do you expect your SUBSCRIBER GOES for help? Do we need to ask help from SMART AND PLDT for that? I've tried ten times, trying to contact customer service that the links goes to Twitter and Facebook chats. NO ANSWER!!!

Went there to pay our Globe At Home Plan and surprisingly, this store has the most accommodating customer service I've ever experienced so far (even better than PLDT). Plus, their kind and approaching staffs are always smiling very fast transaction. Keep it up!

The customer seevice in this store is fast and approachable. The place is well organized especially when it comes to handling customers.
This has been my home place for globe services. Their staff is really nice and accommodating, but the queueing could be so long. One time, a customer had to wait 3-4 hours for his transaction to be entertained. They probably need more staff to accommodate the demand.
They also have a variety of products that you can browse around which is really nice.
But over all, this is a nice place to do your transactions. Just don't do it in peak days/hours.
I would rate this 5 stars if only the queueing gets better.

Not surprising, Customer service also sucks in this outlet. I had to wait 30mins on queue to buy a prepaid load, one guy handles it while the rest of the staffs are horsing around. So sorry for Globe users.

Don t go to a Globe Kiosk go to the one next to TimHoWan in Glorietta. The kiosk employees in front of the Ayala Museum don t provide as good service as the ones I spoke to in a proper store.
Globe is one of the leading telco company. This store is definitely digital. This two-story branch is spacious and has a lot of sitting area. The problem is there are just too many customers that is why the queue is always long. But staff is efficient, not everyone though. But still a good job in getting things done.
This store is only good if you are a NEW globe customer (since they prioritize them regardless of who came first) or you are paying in their cash machine. Be prepared to wait more than one hour or until closing if you have other concerns.
I visited other Globe branch a couple of times regarding my concern and it has never been fixed. I am glad I went here, my timing was perfect... there are few people so I didn't wait that long and in just one visit, my concern has been resolved. I commend Henry who assisted me. He was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. He did well in customer service handling.

I went there opening 11am and I was only called around 1227pm my time was wasted to think it was a Sunday.
If there is a problem with the globe internet, there is virtually nothing you can do here except to schedule a repair. Let's go and line up. .
The tip is that if you have to go nearby, even if Bill didn't come out, you can get it out here, so if you just go ahead and throw it away, you'll be upset for a month. There is an unlimited capacity plan, but the internet speed is very slow. I don't have it in the brochure, but if you ask, it is a much faster rate at 400gb per month at the same price, so if you do not need unlimited internet, it is much more efficient to use it.
I have spent a good portion of my vacation here trying to resolve a lack of service (phone, cable and internet) at my mother-in-law's home. They keep pointing the finger at the street cable (a different division or outsourced?) as having the problem but cannot offer any estimation on when the issue will be addressed. It is now more than a week of no service. They are acting like a US Cable Company. Not the role model they should be using.
