walkin Interview time was 12;30pm, they actually started interview at 2pm,interviewer asked only one question , which video games you had played? no more questions, she told us will let you know by mail, but no one is shortlisted, we are not getting that on what basis she want to shortlist, how can anybody judge you in one question??
actually the whole process is wastage of time and money, dont know why they call people for timepass orfor advertisement of company...........i got very bad exprience twio times, nobody is shortlisted.

They have walk in for almost every week. And they ask to write essay and one hr and technical round but they select only those candidates who are from some consultancy.

Best company for Freshers to join. Sallary is less but you goona know everything about game testing industry. Seniors are very co-operative and well behaved. They always goona treat you like a friend. Great and friendly work environment. I'm working here since 1.5 years, my experience is pretty good with this company. If you are a freshee and looking for a good opportunity, then this best for you. Go for it. Definitely it will give best to your carrier. All d best

For tester best company to work.
You can start your career as a tester in Global step.

Cons:
*The company put you in vacation untill unless their is enough project.
*They will cut TDS from salary even also your package is not above 3lks.
Pros:
*Apart from that every thing is good working environment, motivating nature of other seniors.

Actually the thing is they don't want to hire anyone. Just only for showcasing other companies they are gathering crowd.
I was having more knowledge than they wanted to hire.
So directly they rejected me.

Worst company ever no increment and very less salary , rude behaviour from hr side.

good company having experienced leads, newly launched gadgets and devices, clean and comfortable working environment.

Salary is less and they just only hire male Candidates on priority.

It is a game tasting company in e space IT park. Good place for work.

Everything is good, awesome working environment, motivating nature of other seniors.

This hotel situated near Vanaz company on paud road . This hotel is pure vegetarian . This is femous for snacks , south indian dishes, & meals.

Worst gaming company ever. They will make you work even on weekends even if you don't want to. The manager won't even approve your leave.

i don't want to give any star to this company. don't go fresher. you will waste your time....bad staff & rules. fake company, bad startup for freshers carrier.

Good place to work but they not paying much salary to there employees

The only good thing about this company is it has latest electronic devices for the testing purposes. Here comes the worst part,
The company forces you to work even on weekends. They forced some of the interns there to work on weekends without any pay.
They give you so called training for three months and don't give any salary. They literally make you work too much in training period. Some team leads purposely complain about the team members they hate due to their ego issues. Intern's are forced to work like slaves in some projects, and the device inventory guy has worst attitude than any of the high earning employees in the company . They give 10k salary and also cut the tax from it.
Don't join and waste your time.

I liked the company. The staff and all the leads are very helpful. If your are a gamer, then GlobalStep is the best place for you. I would thank the HR Ms/ Kanchan Bhardwaj mam to give me the opportunity to work with the company.

Don't waste time in this company.
They will use you on little salary of 10k/ month when they get same salary per day from clients. Once work is done you are done as well.
Many employees gets fired after 1 month so if you want them to play with you you can join them.

No professional staff!! i will suggest HR that Make sure every women should feel "COMFORTABLE" and "SAFE" at her workplaces as Working individuals spend almost one-third of their time at their workplace.

Its a game testing company, good place to start as a fresher and food is good.

This company is run by 2 idiots who r claimed to be owner and CEO, father and son they do not think abt their employees, they purchase ticket in advance and then they sell those tickets in black in hire rates what a chindi firm, employees giving their best but but people like Yatin khara, self proclaim manager who has no work apart from talking to his X in office r the ones who will close the company very soon

Ask you to do 3 month free job under training period. Night shift is must. And no any pick up drop facility available for this company.

Good for starting career in game testing.You can learn great deal of things with this company.But they pay only for the days you work and if they do not have any task for you then they might tell you to take day off and no pay will be for that day. Offers less salary.

It's a Office in Somnath Nagar, Near Pheonix Market City Mall. Global Step is a Company which comes under Gaming Industry. So if anyone willing to work as a Game Tester or any other post then you can gi ahead and apply and give interview.

Very very veryyyyyyy bad company. HR staff is stupid. No professional experience. I would say to all (specially girls)who are looking to start your career in global step.. please never ever think about it.. i would not even give 0 for this company.. but unless you give 1 star you will not be able to post your review..very baddddd.. girls please be aware!!!

Why do u make the employees work 7 days a week..? It's against the labor law Act.. And very, very inhuman... Please don't treat employees as slaves. Even they have personal lives to attend to.. You cant force people to work in an OT against their will.. If u take care of the employees, they will take care of your business... Don't force them to work at the cost of their health. The shift hours is meant to be for 9 hrs or 9.5 hrs including breaks, however emplyees end up exceeding theor shift without being eligible for Over Time Pay. My brother's health is deteriorating day by day because of your inhuman and slave like work culture. Kindly give them space to maintain the balance between the employee's work and their personal life culture. Mental labor needs mental peace therefore requesting you to make neccessary ammendments before anyone sues your company.
