I had the misfortune of working with this company, terrible results and Luigi Koechlin is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. AVOID!
The business there is poorly managed and complains are not even addressed at all by project managers. After some research, it seems that most workers in their offices are unpaid interns.
There are a lot of translations agencies offering better services and treating their linguists better.
Have been here as an intern and then been employed after graduation. They are working a lot on work environment and benefits (free fruit, coffee, tea, flexibility on days off). As for for the quality of the services they provide I know they are dedicating now a group of full-timers just to quality issues, trying to improve this side of the business as well.
Global Voices is a fantastic place to work with a really upbeat and ambitious company culture. We are certainly one to watch!
