I understand that they provide a free consultation before deciding whether to charge you a fee to assist you further in your application, if they feel you meet the criteria. The lady I spoke to for my consultation, although she seemed very knowledgeable, was also quite rude and abrupt and did not seem to care about my situation at all, and some of the info given was quite rushed, so I ended up confused and don't feel I got all the info I needed. Because of this, I would not recommend this service, but I give 2 stars because she did have a lot of knowledge. I just feel like if they aren't going to get any money out of you, they simply don't care.

EDIT: I have since been to the UK to seek my own immigration advice from an immigration lawyer there, who contradicted the advice I was given by the rude/abrupt Global visas staff member! So although it was more expensive I highly recommend taking this step if you are wanting to pursue a partner or spouse visa. The UK lawyer was actually helpful and set us on the right path to what we needed.

We were lucky to have Joyce Li act as our Immigration Adviser on our recent visa renewal. The service was very good and super quick. I would highly recommend Global Visas to all my friends.

Guiding me through expectations, being upfront about potential timings, completing the online application, helping me prepare all supporting documents, and keeping me calm throughout.
Polite and friendly the team at Global Visas have been a godsend whom I will recommend to anyone.
As I was not Auckland based we did everything via email and phone. Communications were clear, timely, and valued.

I received a UK visa vignette the week before New Zealand went into Covid-19 lockdown, flights stopped, domestic travel stopped, etc., etc. I want to give Global Visas another shout out because they kept in contact with me, advising on most recent UK immigration guidelines, and even engaged UK Immigration directly to check on my specific visa status with regards to getting into the UK if I did manage to secure flights. I honestly feel the Global Visas went above and beyond. Even more reason to recommend their services.

Worst company. Was quoted $6000+ GST and fees to help with immigration to Canada. Was left in the waiting room for 15/20 minutes because he didn't actually know the rules of my immigration. Yet he wanted $6000+ . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I was also given incorrect information. Not worth the money. Do not waste your time even calling this place. Go elsewhere

Awesome company. Really really helpful. During the pandemic, they have still managed to sort me out!

I called for visa assistance. The lady who picked up took very detailed information from me and advised that I would receive a call - this was 3 days ago. till date no call. I don't recommend them

I did get a call after leaving a message on FB. However, as it turned out, they can't help me anyway! such a waste of time! Still don't recommend them

My work visa approved in 3 weeks, to be honest my case was very critical case, i ve been to many other advisers before global visa, everyone of them said you won't get your visa. But once i ve been global visas , jason took his time and spent 1 hour time with me , and he clearly explained how is gonna help me with my case. He never hesitated for my phone calls, my emails, I strongly recommend global visas to everyone.
