Raiffeisen banks give up .... Private customers pay 36Fr for the annual account statement if they are not a member ..... A mandatory statement that you need for the state (tax return). Really weak you can see how banks are increasingly using the power we have given them. Too bad, was really happy with you for a while but slowly you (and other banks) are overdoing it with greed in general. You actually don't get any more interest even though you are lending you money, the only reason you can get from banks is yes you can also have cheap loans ... if I'm interested, I don't live up to it, banks can guard and increase an increasing balance but apparently you don't ... you'd rather take the pumped up people with the risk that you'll never get anything back from one or the other.
Due to the default of this bank, we suffered a loss of more than 15,000 francs. The bank was never ready to take responsibility. The absolutely inadequate error management was supplemented by an overbearing communication. If you are looking for a financial institution that takes its customers seriously, this is definitely the wrong place!
