Spent 5 days training on their software. Facility was very nice, training room was comfortable and trainers did a very good job. Facility is close to hotels, restaurants and shops.

Great company to work for. Family owned, zero investment from outsiders so they have absolute authority and they treat employees as humans and not as money making machines.

This company is amazing! They treat their employees so well. Train them from the bottom up so each employee knows every detail of the software and the company before they move up into higher positions. All the employees seem happy with their jobs and their turnover rate is very low. They really care about the family aspect of each employee's life. I appreciate them so much. Global Shop Solutions is a wonderful option for anyone looking for an ERP software for their company! They're also wonderful if you're looking for a job in the IT industry and have any knowledge of ERP software.

Not for companies with a large variety of product lines. Probably great for someone making a widget. Support is okay but it seems to be not well thought out with respect to options. Long on promises up front, short on actual capabilities.

After the 1st month of using this ERP software we experienced the worst feedback from our customers since inception. Our company was sold on a pipe dream. Their technical support representative named Alvin told our shipping manager , "This ERP software will not work for your type of business". We have daily late product delivery, employees resigning, and extreme loss of revenue. This all started with Global Shop Software. They even head hunted our IT manager the same week we launched. This left us stranded without internal IT support. This is a TRUMP economy Software as it requires you to hire more employees to run your business. Stay Away from this company if you value your business and your current talent.

Awesome ERP software solutions for small to medium sized businesses. Very friendly and welcoming. Definitely in your corner and wanting your business suceed and thrive. Stop in and meet the team if you are in the area!

Single worst application ever designed. Cumbersome to manipulate screens/fields, nearly impossible to extract data and pull reports, and atrocious support. Not worth being PAID to use the system, let alone pay for it!!
