After the 1st month of using this ERP software we experienced the worst feedback from our customers since inception. Our company was sold on a pipe dream. Their technical support representative named Alvin told our shipping manager , "This ERP software will not work for your type of business". We have daily late product delivery, employees resigning, and extreme loss of revenue. This all started with Global Shop Software. They even head hunted our IT manager the same week we launched. This left us stranded without internal IT support. This is a TRUMP economy Software as it requires you to hire more employees to run your business. Stay Away from this company if you value your business and your current talent.
