What a sham, I have tried for months to get an invoice on the products and labor this company provided. Their response was "we don't do that". What company cannot supply a list of items a customer is charged and the price per item cost, including labor? They ruined the top of my vintage console when spraying the foam into my attic. They sent a crew who did not speak English, so none of my questions could be answered. After reading all the reviews, I have been given the same treatment as those of you who have had an issue with this company. After several calls and complaints to this company, they gave me a $100 refund but nothing more. Stay away from these guys and the next time I attend a Home and Garden Show, I plan to let the sponsors of the show know of the terrible reviews this company has gotten from consumers. I also plan to seek the company out at the show, and ask them why they promote themselves in such a grand manner but fail to address the issues that customers have with them. WHY? This experience has certainly taught me a lesson, a very expensive and time wasting one. Is there any of the other dissatisfied customers that have taken legal action? If so, I would like to find out who the lawyer is that has been willing to take them on in court. Wally Gardipe Dallas TX. They may have another client willing to pursue legal action.
