I've been here severely to either fix an issue with my sin card or buy a phone. I must sincerely commend the maturity, patience and vastness of Mr Pius Osuntoyinbo in attending to me. I think he deserves an official accolade from glo.
He is highly professional, skilled and ready to help with an assuring smile announcing that there is no network problem without a solution.
The poor network of glo at times makes it impossible to defend them.

Imagine going to the main Globacom office in Akure early on Monday morning to get my sim upgrade from 3G to 4G, gotten there I was told network no good "in service provider office"... I can never use the office again

I've been here an umpteen times for almost similar reasons -SIM swap and replacement.

Mr Pius is such a nice person. He's very professional and attentive.

Unfortunately, there's this lady I dealt with that didn't give me the recharge card due to me by the virtue of the transaction I did. She denied it and I'll never forget. Would have mentioned her name but it's in my diary.
