I was really disappointed coming to this ER. I went with my mom to the ER cause I couldn t be alone I just had surgery earlier that morning. I was very weak and could barely catch my breath because of the anesthesia so I was having trouble speaking. The front lady (she was pregnant) was very rude and arrogant. When I was trying to explain what was going on and she couldn t hear me my mom then asked if she spoked Spanish. She just gave her a death stare and said no so I tried my best speaking but she sent me away to wait. Later, when I was getting medical attention I was sitting on a chair really close to her and she proceeded to speak to someone in Spanish perfectly when the other person didn t understand English. I couldn t believe it and it s sad how they chose to work in the health care department to help others but when they are there they decide to have an attitude for no reason and not give that help they should provide when it is needed.

I wish I could give no star for this horrible place! Worst ER and Hospital any one could imagine. Took my 9 month old to the ER early Morning and after waiting for an hour and not being seen by the Doctor/PA we left for an other ER. NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE ER WAITING ROOM EXCEPT ME AND MY BABY. Avoid this hospital all together if you care for the well being of your loved ones.

Horrible experience.. the emergency room is the worst here... they dont attend people in order they just pull out who ever they want randomnly. Ive been here 5 hrs and people who just came in a hr ago are getting attended and givens rooms.. this some b.s.

Just got released yesterday and had terrific care by everyone from the moment I arrived till the moment I left. All the hard working professionals were very attentive, caring and courteous and because of their professionalism I had piece of mind and confidence that my medical needs were in great hands.
If I were splitting hairs and looking for one item they could improve, it would be to offer a little more physician/patient face time.
I highly recommend this hospital and staff, you can rest assured you will receive the quality medical care you need.

Glendale Adventist has been my hospital for many years have took in my children, myself . have gotten good care from them . God Bless.

Nurses are very rude. They are dismissive and take forever. It's evident that there isn't a supportive environment, as they are clearly annoyed when asked to help out with another person's patient. They all could use a lesson in empathy and bedside manner. The encounters with other staff and physicians were positive.

The staff showed the kind of compassion you don't readily get at any hospital. This hospital is special in that regard which makes all the difference in a very critical time. Additionally, they exhibited professionalism and efficiency from registration to admission.

Worst hospital in America and I ve traveled all over. If you come here most likely you will die in the emergency room.

Somebody from staff told me a long time ago pastor John and his wife Dr. Evelyn Lo had several miscarriages and failed to adopt a child. That the original mother changed her mind and got her child back. It brought me to tears. Tears of joy! YES! YES! God is good! I am so thankful this child went back to the real mother rather than this barren woman. Praise God! I believe God had a plan and followed through wonderfully. Jesus is Lord!
