Besides all the beautifully displayed video and photo equipment in their ground floor showroom; the loose film rolls and lighting gear upstairs; and the helpful and friendly staff, perhaps one of the best features of Glazer's is their integration of the fine folks from the erstwhile Phototronics repair shop. They can fix almost anything, and their prices are fair. The service life of my video and audio equipment has been extended immeasurably because of their wonderful work.

Super nice. I tried out a vertical grip and a lens and they never made it feel like it was a hassle or waste of their time to be helping me out. They also told me they do lens rentals which are super easy and inexpensive ways to try out a lens. I will definitely be going here again for any gear I need!

Glazers have a great range of equipment and good quality used cameras, lens and other accessories. Staff are mostly knowledgeable and helpful. But 10% + restocking fees means you cant simply return an item if unsatisfied with your purchase without incurring a cost

Great service, great and knowledgeable staff, amazing selection and prices. Got my tamron 24-70 2.8 for significantly under market value, and it was in perfect shape. I absolutely love that lens. I also got the nikon 70-300 4.5-5.6 g ed afs vr over the afp, as that what they suggested for my d600s. Also got a nikon sb910. All gear in perfect shape

Great experience thanks to Dion who helped me buy my first mirrorless camera. He gave a thorough comparison of the different systems' advantages. He found me a well-suited model (a Fujifilm X-T30) which wasn't the camera I expected to buy, but turned out to be a sublime match. I loved how Dion took the features I was looking for in a camera and clearly demonstrated them in action. He was also able to draw on his career experience to describe how these cameras handled in professional settings. Thanks for all the help!
