Cafe Hampstead is a new restaurant which opened for two months in this neighborhood. I had a very nice lunch today as both food and services were doing really good! Also I had the best panna cotta as recommended by one of the staff, I love it even though I am not a dessert person. Yum!
The food and drinks here were superb it's just a shame service was so unbelievably slow
Not such a great experience here. The place look nice but the cakes are not home made and really expensive . We had to wait a while before we got our order.
This place is truly shocking. We were there for brunch and spent an hour and a half. Our coffees have never arrived, staff is clueless, chaos in many levels and food is mediocre. The French toast is bad.
Few food choices, well cooked. Very fee wine choices, the Greek ref merlot was a disappointment, no bodybno taste, and we were told that was there boldest wine!
The seating is not comfortable at all.
Service was very slow initially, but improved slightly as the restaurant became less full.
I won't be going again and I don't think I would have missed anything if I didn't go in the first place.
Fantastic casual food, the feel of the cafe is very warm and cozy. The food is great and the staff are lovely. I would urge people to go.
It was one of our favourite places to eat in Hampstead but not anymore. The food is terrible by the new chef.
Really bad service and they don't know how to cook a piece of meat properly but gladly charge a high price for it.
This is a place that looks good, and thus creates a lot of expectation, but unfortunately it doesn t deliver. The service was very slow, forgot to bring some things, the mains were brought before the starter, and it was very chilly in the room.
The food was ok, and the place has potential, but a bit more care is needed.

What a lovely place, nice and authentic people, great food and all that at very fair prices.
Been here a few times to see my friend perform on a Sunday as he is a musician. Drinks are OK, couldn't get any food as the kitchen seems to be closed often.
My friend to this day hasn't been paid for his performances and management has changed extremely quickly.
Please do not support this company, did a check on their company and they have history of not paying their employees.
The place is a complete mess, unclean and untidy. They asked me for the name on my booking 4 times and when we walked in there were two groups of large families with their children and their dogs spread over all the empty seats and the floor, lots of tables were covered in food and not cleared away. We left without ordering, it was a horrible atmosphere. Badly behaved customers and unbothered staff drive people away.
Cafe Hampstead is new so I think it s just teething problems. I ve been in there when people have been complaining I felt for the manager she was trying her best. They allow dogs I m so happy about that. The deckle is beautiful. The food is really really good. I ve been there a few times and I highly recommend it. Insta@davidcannonyesil
