A medium deep dish pizza takes 45mins to bake.. I was almost leaving as I was short on time but then I was served with a small deep dish pizza with a side of garlic fries.. That made my day..

While the pizza is awesome, wait time is ridiculous. I mean who waits for 45 minutes? Had it not been carrying some food for my little ones, We would have left. The taste of the pizza is 5 stars. Wait time is less than one star.

Hardly didnt see our waitress... if so i wud of gave them 5 stars... pizza so damn good and filling..

It was lovely, the service was prompt, and the pizza tasted amazing. Ate it right before I left Chicago, and it was perfect.

I would like to warn you guys out there of what happened to me was disgusting. I had ask the waiter to clean the knife and fork for 3 Times. They seemed like they don t care. I had a fork with some food sticking into it from previous customer which was ridiculous.

Yummy pizza. Wish there were more veggie options though. Loved the deepdish.

My fav place for tasty pizza. Prices were good for how much you get. Reminds me of a place in New York I liked to visit.

Make sure you come here with an empty stomach if you're going to try the deep-dish pizza. Walk around Millennium Park to develop an appetite! Because you may be biting off more than you can chew.

The three of us ordered a small stuffed deep-dish pizza split as Meat & More Meat and Chicago Classic. It took about 40 minutes to come out, which is kind of long but understandable given how much goes into it. The six well-stuffed slices were unexpectedly more than enough. The flavor of the sauce and ingredients were great, but we just could not finish :(

It's great that they have so many locations, but I do wonder if there are better options for deep dish pizza as this was the only place I tried.

The pizza is their main reason to come but their pasta selection is great as well. If you go with the pasta, try the chicken fettuccine.

I love Giordano's stuffed pizza. Always plenty for leftovers because I can't eat more than 2 pieces no matter how hungry I am :) Great Chicago classic!

Oh Giordanos is the BEST pizza I have ever tried in all my life. Nothing can top the quality and taste of the PIZZA. No wonder it says "Chicago's Famous Stuffed Pizza".

Food: 5 stars. Broccoli on/in a pizza? Dude. So good.

Service: 5.5 stars. Jesus R. is a real good bro. Top notch all the way. I tipped on top of the added gratuity.

Making a reservation? -7.5 stars. I called, they said I had to fill out a form in an email. They emailed me a scanned form. I respond with all the information and get no response. I call to confirm they got it, but only the manager can do that and she s obviously slammed because it s a busy place, so she doesn t get to the phone. So I had to walk all the way down there to get the thing taken care of.

This is on corporate. We re in 2019 guys. Online forms are real easy; your managers shouldn t be sending a scanned piece of paper in an email to make a reservation!

We had a great meal and Sandy our server was AMAZING really can t say enough about the service she provided. In this day and age it is hard to find someone so attentive, great job Sandy you are truly an asset to Giodano s .

If you are in Chicago then you must try the Deep Dish Pizza served by Giordano's. This food chain restaurant is one of the best. Their food tastes good and feels as if it has been cooked using best quality ingredients. I am also fan of their breads and appetizers. Worth a visit and must try theirs Veggie Deep dish.

I took to take away but great service all the same ... I order my pizza one hour in advance to have it at a specific time. Unfortunately the pizza was ready for a long time when I arrived. So lukewarm pizza. I would have liked more sauce

The deep dish was awesome! We'd been running around the city on the fabulous el trains and stopped to go to the sky deck at the Willis tower. After those 103 stories we were exhausted and hungry. Stumbled upon Giordano's and even with the 45 minute wait for the pizza it was awesome. Exactly what I wanted. The service was average to good. My brother sucks down a ton of soda so the server brought out a pitcher full for him. She read us perfectly even though she turned us over to another server (I assume to leave) but she never told us so we kept wondering where she was. Finally we flagged someone else down and got our check. Overall a great experience and I would go back again for sure.

Best pizza in town but it can be super heavy. If you are not hungry but still wanna taste it, this mini is the way to go. Small but sufficient. Service can take time so be ready for the waiting.

Giordano's continues to be our favorite Chicago deep dish pizza! Continues to be an experience we look forward to. Crust, sauce, cheese, each a unique perfection. If you are in a hurry call in and get your pizza started before you arrive. Remember, good things come to those who wait. This is a very very good thing! Thanks everyone.

Some of the best pizza in Chicago. If you love deep dish with extra cheese and sauce, then this is the place to go! Pretty good service as well but nothing extra special about the service. Nice metropolitan location too, in the heart of the city. If you're downtown, just hop off of the blue line and go right in

First time trying out authentic deep dish pizza and It was amazing! This is quite the busy place so make sure you have time. our wait was an hour long, but there were no other complaints. They did let us put our order in as we waited to be seated so that we didnt have a longer wait. Our server was friendly and even offered to take a group picture of us. We will be back.

I ordered their Pepperoni here and asked to deliver it to our office. It was my only pizza parlor for a year now. We love the crunchiness of their crust, and it was not oily, too! My office mates love their pizza. Try them, guys!

My top place for pizza. Great location to meet with friends. Certainly worth a return trip. Prices are reasonable I would say. Menu is like a place in San Francisco I loved.

I had their vegetarian pizza and thought was pretty great. It was my first time eating a true Chicago deep dish, delicious and flavourful. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Decent food, but after preordering you just stand there for 40 minutes even though there's tons of open tables and the staff are just chilling. See line of people at right and waiters at left.

Kitchen made an honest mistake with our pizza, accidentally made the veggie one instead of spinach, but then to our surprise we were offered both pizzas on the house as a make-up. Honest mistake. Pizza is also very good, deep dish ($$) is AMAZING even though it takes 45 minutes, but it is absolutely worth every minute of the wait. Waitress was super nice and enthusiastic, and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Greatest restaurant in Chicago!

Service was outstanding. Deep dish is always a treat when we are in town. I introduced my son to this pie last summer when we visited. It's the one place he insisted on going to again.

Worst place to dine in! Was sitting for almost 15 minutes we finished our pizza for the bill. The way pizza was served was like we were getting it for free. Server just threw the pizza on table. Horrible customer service. Will never return back any day any time in life.

Came here on a business trip - we were told this was the best place to eat pizza in Chicago. I didn't try all the pizza anywhere else, but this stuff was GOOD...true deep dish as I've never tasted! The crust was buttery and delicious, the sauce tangy and a bit sweet. Service was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return when I come back to visit.
