Service is good and the waitress was fast. Have adequate and more information about lead time for dishes.
Place is quite crowded and a bit noisy too during lunch time.
If you are coming in with luggage, the receptionist is happy to keep it at the reception, which is very convenient.
We were seated very quickly even during an obviously busy time. Quickly serviced with drinks and ordered our food. We bought the wing flight, 4 flavors, 12 wings in all. Grabbed a deep dish pizza to chow down on.

This is the best place for Chicago Style pizza. The deep dish is always topped and stuffed with the est ingredients. Great atmosphere and the service is always on point. Love the place so much that I come here with family and friends.
I recommend the high American type pizza to share. The classic is made on puff pastry with a cheese base and above a generous tomato sauce with a pinch of garlic (Italian parfume as they call it here in the USA) to combine with a good Goose beer or the classic Bud. There are 8 slices to share, if you are hungry, two each are few.
My wife and I found 3 hairs in the first slice of deep dish pizza. Having lost our appetite, the staff was nice in offering us a free chicken pasta, but unfortunately we cannot and will not return.

I came to visit Chicago for the first time and saw this place had the best, AND ITS TRUE. Although it took a little bit for the pizza to cook, it was 1000% worth the wait!!!

My friends and I was craving for some pizza the other night and we are in Chicago so why not try the finest deep dish pizza that they are known for?First time ever trying out deep dish in Chicago and it was delicious! My friends and I ordered the classic deep dish pizza and the pepperoni meat and it was very filling. I could not eat no more than 2 slice and there was alot of left overs.

We were recommend this pizza place and gave it a shot. The pizza is not bad but was definitely not our favorite. We tried several places in town and this would be my second choice.
Best deep-dish in Chicago, IMHO! It's a chain, and this location isn't one of the nicest, but the food is tasty and the beer is cold. This tends to be a tourist trap, so it can be very busy during peak times. Staff can be hit or miss.
Don't be put off by the fact they're TECHNICALLY a chain, this is good quality Chicago Pizza.
Stumbled in this place after visiting the Willis tower. We didn't have time (too hungry! ) for the deep dish pizza so we just got the regular crust and it was fantastic! Best pizza we got in chicago!

Went during a busy afternoon, thought we would have to wait forever for our food. Ended up getting our deep dish in 40 minutes AND a manager, John, came and gave us a ton of places to visit during our stay in Chicago. Didn't have to do that, but it was appreciated. Must stop location every visit to Chicago. One of the best deep dish pizzas I ve ever had. Nice staff, amazing food, affordable pricing. Plan to sit for awhile or check out the menu before you arrive it takes a while for the pizzas to be made... but definitely worth the wait!
Great atmosphere and sizeable restaurant. Wait time is ~45 minutes to make a deep dish pizza. We ordered at the kitchen while waiting for our table to be available. The bacon bbq chicken deep dish was great! The bbq sauce really made the dish. As two ppl, we could only finish 2/3 of the small pie.
The service was really nice. We ordered a small, but then ended up giving us a medium. It was really fulfilling. The Greek salad was absolutely refreshing with the authentic mozzarella, our starter kept us satisfied waiting for the pizza for 45 mins. The pizza itself was not bad yet not the best deep dish I've ever had. It percentage of cheese is wayyyy too high compare to other stuff in the pizza I suppose. I'd say it's a bit pricey for the stuff you get.

We ate one slice and got the rest in a box and ate it after we caught our train and got back to the hotel. we almost left without our pizza. Thin crust took almost an hour. It felt like 3.
So recap. It was good but make sure you have plenty of time. I saw a lot of carry outs. That is my guess why they are so slow.
Chicago's famous deep dish pizza and cold beer. The food is incredible, the beer was cold and the people are helpful. A really fun and tasty experience! I highly recommend this restaurant!

We went to this pizza place and the food was just awesome. The pizza my wife had was humongous. Took her two day to eat. The kids enjoyed what they ordered and my salad was beautiful. The service was awesome. Go here!!
Another favorite of mine. Eating Giordano's since the 80's. What can I say, I love Chicago pizza. You can't go wrong with either thin or deep dish. Buttery tasting crust.

Just plain and simple, the best Chicago pizza--consistently. It's a little hard on the wallet, considering you're at a pizza place. But, the atmosphere is classy, and they NEVER let you down on the Chicago style pizza selections.

A small group of us went here during a business trip to experience some Chicago deep dish pizza, and it was incredible! Nice but small place, staff is awesome and they crank out giant pizzas pretty quickly, especially considering how busy it was. I had the create your own individual size and only finished half of it. I had the cheese, with chicken pesto and artichokes and it was absolutely delicious. We also shared the calamari and artichoke appetizer which was equally delectable. Just a tip - the deep dish will take at least 45 minutes to bake, so plan accordingly if you have a schedule to stick to. Highly recommend! Thanks for the amazing food, guys!

45 minutes to an hour to make the pizzas, but we ordered online ahead of time and the pizza was ready within 10 minutes of us getting there. Great Chicago deep dish, I'm sure I will be visiting again next time I'm in town!
Long wait times for pizza that's not-all-it's-chocked-up-to-be. Every city has a chain like this, that are better left to the big tour groups while you go around the block to find a more local alternative.
Our first time was delivery but this time we ate at one of the stores. The veggie pie I had was absolutely yummy!
Went there specifically for the deep dish pizza and Hands down the best pizza I have had. Was there on vacation and it was amazing
kind of slow as far as service is concerned. but the pizza is delicious. the cheese is winds up so long you might have to eat it with a fork. or you could just slurp it up like spaghetti.
If you're looking for authentic, DELICIOUS, deep dish you MUST visit!
