Have been bringing my car in for service since it was purchased. Have had a few major repairs in that time. The thing I always appreciated was the courtesy cars they provided.

About a year ago I was having some brake fluid leaking into the car onto the carpet. I brought in for service and they diagnosed & fixed the issue. According to them, leaking brake fluid was a water pump. Didn t make sense to me but I m not the expert. A few weeks later I bring back the car because it is still leaking brake fluid even though it was fixed . They then determine it s the master cylinder (which is what I suggested the first time). I asked them why they fixed the water pump and they said they misunderstood what I wanted repaired? Really? How about you just didn t pay attention. Which brings me to yesterday, I have not brought my car back to them but thought I would give them another opportunity. I called and set up to get my car in for repairs. I then inquired about getting a courtesy car which I was told they no longer do. Then when I mentioned that I see one sitting in my neighbors driveway I m told they are limited. What is it? Limited or no longer available? Either way, do yourself a favor and find another service center. They obviously could care less about maintaining business.

I forgot to mention that I didn t give them a good score on one of their surveys and I got a call asking me to change it to a positive to keep their ratings up. Not very ethical.

We have bought two vehicles from this dealership and this is hands down the best experience you can have. Friendly , honest, and great prices. Jimmy and Justin couldn't be easier to work with and made it as smooth as it could be. They want to give you the best deal and get you on your way with your new vehicle. Simple and streamlined buying process, easily navigable website to facilitate research before an in-person visit. Justin Vega was easy to work with and a personable salesman. I was buying a trade-in vehicle from a different manufacturer and he was still willing to answer any questions I had about the vehicle and demonstrated a general knowledge of cars, not just Fords. I'm in sales and hate being sold to, and Justin kept the tone conversational and didn't bust out a bunch of cliches, he just answered questions and gave me information. He's from California and still getting the lay of the land out here in the sticks, but I won't hold that against him. We're happy to have you out here, Justin, and hope the air quality adds some years onto your life that you lost by breathing the smog out west. Go get lost in the state parks and national forests!

UPDATE: I had a minor issue requiring a service checkup only a few days after purchasing a vehicle. It could have been a headache, but Abbey and John in the service department were both stellar human beings and excellent resources! They were straightforward, communicative, and willing to answer all of my questions. There's a great team in place here and I hope these individuals get the respect and recognition they deserve.

If 0 stars were available that's what I give him. Their service department is very incompetent in my opinion as they still have not properly handled the recall on my wife's Explorer. Although they did built-in my belief not 100% sure that they still build Ford for doing alignment on the vehicle. Mike thank you for the donut but I couldn't accept it as a precaution that it was tampered with. But offering me that donut was the nicest thing that Gillespie Ford did for me. I wish you would have been that nice on the path to repairs of my wife's vehicle.

Ricky was great to work with. We told him exactly what we wanted and he made it happen! The process was quick and simple. This is the 3rd car we've leased with Gillespie Ford. The customer service here is unmatched. They really know how to make you feel important, as opposed to treating you like "just another customer."

The Service department is pretty great, too. Carlos is the BEST! The detail of care that goes into our cars is amazing. We truly appreciate having such a great dealership so close to home, and one that we can count on.

I've spoken to Lee on the phone a few times regarding vehicles that I had interest in, and I also went in once to see him. Lee was very pleasant, professional, and had great communications skills. I haven't found my dream car yet, but we are in close contact and still working on locating a vehicle that will fit my needs. Lee is AWESOME!

We recently were in the market for a new car and were making the rounds looking at available options. We stopped at Gillespie Ford, honestly not expecting to find what we were looking for, but wanted to rule Ford out. After talking to Justin (Vega) and telling him what we hoped to find, he said he had the car for us. He warned us that it has JUST come in and needed a good cleaning, but as a mom of twin 10-year-olds, that didn't scare me. He wasn't wrong (it did need a GOOD cleaning) and it had everything we had hoped to find. Everything. The first day we couldn't get to a price we felt comfortable with and we walked away, but we thought about it Sunday and Monday, went back Monday afternoon and were able to work it out so we could make it happen within our budget. He really took the time to LISTEN to what we were saying and helped us find the car we wanted AND the car we could afford. He has had great follow through and even had the car detailed so it was new-car clean!
It was a great buying experience.

If your looking for great customer service stop he...

If your looking for great customer service stop here!! Ask for Fernando!! We purchased a vehicle through him and were not even in the same state. He took care of everything we needed and answered all questions that we had. I have never completed a sale from a different state but he made everything smooth and easy! Would deffinetly purchase from him again!
