Inexperienced managment across the board and micromanaged from the top down(Owner/CEO goes to all MRB meetings and makes all decisions) Weak engineering team, no continuous improvement. None of the perks you'd expect from a private company. If you're looking for entry level experience it might be a good place to start but if you are looking to further your career you might get a nice title sooner or later but you won't learn enough to carry that experience to a more complex manufacturing site. Purchasing, planning and inventory need some serious improvement, MRP is always inaccurate and after almost 2 years they are still learning how to use SAP. Employee saftey is not a high concern, so many chemicals and nobody wears respirators. My eyes and nose have burned multiple times just passsing through certain areas. Some buildings have no break area and have to walk across the street, rain or shine to get there and to the production floor. Noisy office environment, management does not understand or enforce cubicle etiquette. Unethical company and because of that are always worried about being sued.

Corrupt, favoritism, upper management looks the other way instead of addressing the problems. People in Human Resources are great and friendly. The corruption comes with leads who don't know how to communicate with others, and supervisors who look the other way.

Horrible company. Underpaid, overworked and no consideration for their employees. Working in building 8 on 1st shift feels more like being an inmate in a prison. In the mornings it starts off with the supervisor coming around every area and checking the boards with everyone s individual names with individual production. There s zero excuses for falling even a couple of parts short for the day even if you have people absent, even if there s trouble with the process of doing the job itself EVEN after you had started with originally 4 people in your area and are left with 2 workers, zero excuses. The supervisor and manager are always standing on top of their office window looking down at the employees, always telling you why you didn t meet your hard to reach production goal but never say anything when you surpass it and do great. Favoritsm runs rampant. You can work mandatory overtime from 3:30am to 2pm and Saturdays for months straight and with one saturday you aren t able to come in you get points against you. I would always get pushed mandatory overtime during the week and Saturdays just to find out it wasn t mandatory for everyone, only for certain people. You re better off applying anywhere else, this company doesn t care for it s employees with it s super short 10 minute only breaks to it s milking of mandatory long hours to insane working conditions that reach over a hundred degrees with no air conditioning or a fan anywhere. The only good thing in this company is the Human Resources team, they were extremely nice and helpful from the start.
