These guys have been running my card for $39.95 for months for a phone number we don't want or need anymore. I've tried calling and emailing them multiple times and they won't answer or get back to me. Now I have to cancel my credit card and get a new one because this scam they are running.

Our company ordered 3 PCT handbooks for technician training - arrived in damaged packaging and 2 books missing. Can't seem to get a response from GIE Media, Inc. as to when they will re-ship the other 2 books we PAID FOR already. Very disappointed.
