Dear Sir/Madam,
Dr Tsirbas performed an evisceration operation on my blind eye, in June 2019. I had some sckleral buckling(pieces of plastic) from previous operations on my eye in 1991, and they were causing me a lot of irritation/pain.
The evisceration operation was a complete success and my blind eye is now irritation/pain free and all of the sckleral buckling has been removed. I will always be indebted to Dr Tsirbas for removing the sckleral buckling from my eye.
Dr Tsirbas is a world class surgeon in the Cosmetic Oculoplastic field.
The before and after operation care that I received from Dr Tsirbas and his secretaries/nurses Milena and Charlotte was absolutely fantastic and I would very highly recommend them.

I saw Dr. Tsirbas for consultation on revision lower blepharoplasty. From the moment of meeting him, I was extremely impressed with his professionalism. He takes time to undertake a thorough assessment to fully understand the issues. Is very informative and is clearly very knowledgeable and no question was too minor or silly. He clearly cares for his patients as he endeavoured to ensure we were on the same page in terms of expectations, barring which he prefers postponing surgery. I appreciated his honesty although i was majorly disappointed to have to postpone . I think my expectations actually went up after meeting him as I developed a high regard for him!!!!!! However in reality of course I fully realise and know that being a revision patient, a revision is that much more challenging due to scar tissues so realism and managing expectations are the mots de jour. :-).

I recently saw Dr Tsirbas for a blepharoplasty operation and I'm so glad I did. At first I was extremely nervous (my first operation) so before I chose my surgeon I researched and spoke to 3 friends in the medical industry. I thought they would know more about who was the best than anyone else.
The reason I chose him was my friend, a nurse, had worked with him and said he was meticulous and one of the best surgeons she'd seen operate. Another doctor I know had a friend Dr Tsirbas had recently worked on and was impressed with the work. But the main decider was a surgeon I spoke to had worked alongside him before and said he was exceptional and even that his mother had seen him. He said his techniques were not only world class but he was a specialist in blepharoplasty - and it's always better to get someone that specialises in what you want done than a general surgeon. He is also known as the eye man and Dr Bleph.

When I first met Dr Tsirbas I was certainly impressed with his no-nonsense attitude.Dr Tsirbas listened to my concerns and even suggested I only start with a minor blepharoplasty(I had wanted more) however he said being my first procedure that was a better place to start and I'm so glad I took his advice.
The after care was also excellent.

Now as I sit hear weeks on I am so happy with the whole process but I also feel I have regained some of my much needed confidence back. Before my surgery, friends (and even once a stranger!) remarked how tired I looked - and that was even after a great night's sleep. Now I only get comments on how refreshed and happy I look. I have a new lease on life.

I feel like I have had incredible results so far and I'm told it only gets better as the weeks go on.

I had asian blepharoplasty with this doctor over a year ago. I totally regret my decision to go with this doctor. I had to have corrective surgery done recently for his mistakes. He left it very uneven. My current doctor had to correct it and had to leave an additional scar to make it even. My eyes will never be the same but it's at least even now.

He did a poor job. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Great and welcoming receptionist, lovely studio however, after 15 months after my procedure, I can not see any benefit whatsoever.

I have coped with a hefty bill thinking he was the "best", don't get me wrong such a lovely person, but unfortunately did not achieve any result.

Dr Tsirbas is the most warming, kind and patient surgeon I could hope for.
Dr Tsirbas possesses a very calming influence. Having eye surgery can be stressful but Dr Tsirbas made the whole experience very comfortable. I had an excellent result with minimal downtime and a very fast recovery. I honestly feel that was because of Dr Tsirbas's care. Post surgery Dr Tsirbas was very attentive and patient with all my questions and once again very kind and caring. I was very unsure which surgeon I should choose and I am so very glad that I choose Dr Tsirbas :)

I recently had eyelid surgery completed by Dr Angelo Tsirbas three months ago and I found him and his staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had eyelid surgery done by Angelo Tsirbas and it has ruined my life. He was completely misleading before the procedure, and I would have never done this surgery if I knew the life-altering risks involved. I have severe dry eye syndrome, among other problems, and I would have never taken the risk if I knew something like this could happen. STAY AWAY

I had ptosis repaired and lower lid bleph on both eyes, had a good result. I can see clearer than before the surgery. Dr Tsirbas and his front staffs provide excellent care and service. The after care and follow up was exceptional. Very highly recommended.

Had laser eye surgery years and years ago which caused a trauma to my left eye lid muscle. I did lots of research on how to get this fixed, and indeed who is the best person to do it.

Dr Tsirbas came highly recommended (I researched a lot) and I couldn't be happier. Genuine care, attention, and professionalism plus the post-treatment phone calls to make sure I was ok were received very well - even had a mobile phone number I could contact 24/7.

He is friendly to you when you are his new client but he has a huge ego so he wont listen to your problems. He will try to wiggle his way out and discourage you not to fix his mistakes. He did one of my eyes nicely and the other he cut too deep.

You should do research and look around for a more experienced doctor before you decide to do any cosmetic surgery to your eyes.
His website is quite appealing and attractive and makes you think you can totally trust in him but you dont know what you got yourself into until it's too late because its not something you can undo.

I had blepharoplasty performed by Dr Tsirbas, everything went well, my results were great, much better than I had anticipated. My eyes look natural, I don't look like I've had anything done to my eyes which is the result I was after.
The whole experience from consultation to surgery was very pleasant, his staff were lovely and Dr Tsirbas was always professional, he listened to me and took great care in providing a superior service.
I'ts been almost a year since I've had my surgery and I haven't got any scarring on my eyelids, I just look fresher. I'm extremely happy and would highly recommend Dr Tsirbas to others.

I am full of praise for Dr Tsirbas and all his staff. After my initial consultation in Barton for 4 BCC on my eyelid, nose and cheek I decided to have them removed in Sydney at his day surgery. I received all the paperwork regarding the operation, accommodation near his surgery at reduced prices, and follow up notes for after surgery. My daughter Peta took me down and we stayed at the Travelodge across the road from day hospital. On admission I was made welcome in a meticulously clean surgery, given a warm blanket and waited in a beautiful massage chair. DrTsirbas and his anaesthesiast and head nurse Sonya explained what the operation involved. That was all I remember until I woke up in recovery, had a beautiful lunch and cuppa. Peta picked me up at the prescribed time and we were given follow up info. I had no problems at all and absolutely no pain or discomfort after surgery. Dr Tsirbas rang me a couple of times after surgery and I had to email him a photo of my face. With my follow up app't 10 days later I was given the all clear.
I highly recommend Dr Tsirbas and his lovely staff, they are all wonderful and professional. I have no scars whatsoever after the procedure.

Terrible experience. I had eye surgery with this so called eye doctor. His qualification said he was registered to some American eye/ ophthalmologist group, well he wasn't. He had that removed after getting caught (read about it online). I'm still dealing with his awful work. I just want to warn everyone out there-- keep away from this guy. He has a very corky character. To start, I've had meaningless appointments with him to talk about absolutely nothing (prior to surgery). I saw him right after the surgery. Without even getting close he sat at his table posing. His questions were something like- are you feeling better? When asked if it would look good he stated that it did already- not! I was in stitches and he never called after that to see if it looked good or anything. I was so upset. He knew the outcome of his work was just bad work so he didn't even bother to call for a proper check up. I never had the chance to express my concerns & feelings. I cried on my own. Seen other doctors who offered other types of surgeries to correct the one he did. Caring for the eye function is important but what about the way it looks????? You're a cosmetic surgeon- You should also care for your patients looks as it was discussed over & over again (prior to surgery). Oh and there was no change- no improvements in the eye function too. If you don't believe my experience GOODLUCK to you as I'm pretty sure he will try to pull this one down.

I waited 3 months after surgery before writing this review just to make sure there was no recurrence of the lesion which was removed from my eyelid as well as if any visible scarring was present on my forehead from another lesion. I have to say I cannot notice any scarring and that the lesions are nowhere to be seen. I'm glad I got sent to Dr Angelo Tsirbas by my GP and the trip to his clinic in Sydney to get surgery done was a great experience as I was treated like royalty. Each member of his staff from the receptionists to the nurses, anaesthetists and Dr Tsirbas himself were very thorough and professional and as a harsh critic myself, I could not find any fault. The surgery was quick and painless and if you have surgery coming up with Dr Tsirbas, I can assure you're in good hands.
