Worst management company I have ever experienced. It has taken 6+ months to address a simple and fixable issue. It has taken 2 months just to get an email response (this was after me emailing 3 times). It shouldn't be this difficult. High lack of professionalism in this company.

Maybe something will happen if I post a public review? I've been in my community for nearly two years now and have yet to have grass in my backyard. First excuse a year ago (fall) was that it wasn't the right time to put in seed, then it the spring it wasn't the right time and I should follow up in the fall. I've been trying to get someone to help me again since July and all I get is a "we will look into it" with no action. Be sure to use Ghertner if you want your property values to fall.

It has gotten worse over the months. Now the grass is as high as my Golden Retriever. The developer is happy with the condition of our properties; the residents are horrified. Ghertner is not giving good council to their benefactor.

Chanel has been overseeing our community for a few months now, and I only have positive experiences from each interaction with her. She is very prompt, diligent, and considerate. There has been no inquiry missed or overlooked on her side. Chanel is always on top of things and provides superb customer service.
