Maybe something will happen if I post a public review? I've been in my community for nearly two years now and have yet to have grass in my backyard. First excuse a year ago (fall) was that it wasn't the right time to put in seed, then it the spring it wasn't the right time and I should follow up in the fall. I've been trying to get someone to help me again since July and all I get is a "we will look into it" with no action. Be sure to use Ghertner if you want your property values to fall.
