Assistant made a mistake during vaccination for my child, after more than 1.5 years the wound is still not healed (confirmation from H. doctor and pediatrician from consultation agency that there was a mistake) after numerous requests back to the GGD try the doctor consciously cover up the matter and not a word "sorry" ..... according to her the cause is my child.

More than 1 hour in the waiting time at the telephone for an appointment ?? !!!?!?

Absolutely out of reach for a corona test

The answer given by the GGD below is testimony to a great inability to get things in order. The only number known is the national number and you are clearly not on hold here. The connection will be terminated immediately after a message. The website indicates that making an appointment is impossible.

What a bad service. Corona test done on Monday. The location (Kralingse Zoom) appears to have had a disruption on Monday and Tuesday so that I still have no results after being referred several times, I have been waiting at home for 4 days. The operator also did not know how my result 'tomorrow' would be communicated to me; call, e-mail, log in yourself, no idea? Big tip: Please put on your site that there is a huge delay for this specific location. Your communication is absolutely worthless!

I understand that things can go wrong. But not making a call when it is said that a call would be made and then not even offering a solution is really ridiculous. The things that are requested are kindly nodded to yes but then nothing is done.

Antisocial, they do what they want, and that's absolutely not to help you. All my tools have been thrown away. Personal items, food, drinks, thousands of euros in damage.
I thought the GGD had an example function, to show how things should be done.
I have now learned that they do everything they can to ruin your life, leave things incomplete. Throwing away your best things and leaving broken things.
We all make mistakes, but if there are more than 50, then they are very consciously trying to ruin everything for you.
I've always been very social, but the GGD has taught me that this is terribly wrong. Apparently I have to mess up everything about others as much as possible, pay close attention to how I can deal with others as hard as possible, and make sure that they can see that clearly.
And that they are still being reminded of this months later, when they discover that even more items have disappeared from boxes.
Make you think that something is still there, but turns out to be only packaging.
People who do that "work" really have a sick mind. Nice example of the GGD.
These actions were carried out by the GGD Rotterdam, if the municipality of Hellevoetsluis has ordered this, could GGD Rotterdam still be able to say that inhuman things are expected of them and that they do not want to cooperate?
No, GGD Rotterdam has decided in my home what is and what is not. And no one had any say in their actions.
The municipality of Hellevoetsluis had given permission to force the front door lock, after that they had everything in charge.
And nothing has been spared. All drawers and cupboards have been searched and things have disappeared. Even a key box with all spare keys is gone. So cleaning up yourself makes no sense at all.
I had learned from an earlier clean-up campaign by the GGD that they are anti-social. Even if you are there, they blackmail you to inform the housing sector about this and to have the lease terminated by the court.
Then you are no longer allowed to be there and they have a free hand.
This time we would clean it up together, unfortunately I ended up in the hospital, the GGD was not interested, they could go about their business undisturbed.

Unfriendly to non-Dutch speakers. I made a call and asked if it is possible to speak English and only got hang off.

An error was made by the assistant. Had made an appointment for travel vaccination, a wrong time was given at the wrong location and no confirmation was sent.

Got infection got referral from family doctor they don't even help. While their site says they are investigating infections. What good is GGD for then

3 times referred for test of my 3 year old son 3x 2 hours waiting special med team unreachable.

Been for a traveler vaccination: it just depends on who you end up with. Been first time; fantastic help. Calmly went through all the information and risks, carefully set the vaccination. Great doctor!
Repeat vaccination: Seemed like a trainee? Made it clear that I had to leave as soon as possible after the vaccination. Very weird.
Therefore an average of 3 stars.
