This visit on August 2, 2021, to Germain Honda Of Dublin, was by far, the most pleasant experience I have had when making a crucial financial transaction. I was referred to Mr. Winslow Johnson, by a family member.

Originally, I made the appointment to check out prices/finances and take information home to review my options. I had but a hope and a prayer that I could afford a decent and safe automobile.

I was comfortable and at ease with Winslow Johnson from the moment we met. He was friendly and welcoming. I was undecided about what I wanted and he provided me with a wealth of information about the Honda, CR-V. I was impressed with his genuine knowledge.

It was obvious to me that Winslow Johnson is an expert in his field. He answered my questions and assured me that WE could make it happen.

I selected the 2021, White Platinum CR-V model and chose to do a lease on it. Mr. Johnson listened to my needs and wants. I was surprised as anybody when I drove that beauty home, that same day!

Germain Honda Of Dublin has earned themselves a NEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

I hate leaving negative reviews; especially because I guess I'm partially at fault for my own stupidity because I didn't catch my mistake until my 4 hour drive home. The truck was priced right, the trade-in value of my truck was acceptable, so I was ready to sign and get out of there after a VERY long day. While I was signing the docs, the nice gentleman in the finance dept. told me "even though you wanted to finance for 48-60 months, I found you a better deal on 75 months" and that "I've gone ahead and added some service packages that you will need". Not doing the math, I thought he was just being really nice and I signed everything with a smile. On the way home it hit me...."$34k for the truck, $18k trade-in and $2k down......and he said monthly payments are $313.27 for.......75 Months! So my $14k loan somehow turned into over $23k". No possible way interest would be that much. What happened?! Those added services that I would "need" totaled up to about $6k. Never again. Hopefully I help someone ask details and prices about these "services that you need" before you sign.

AMAZING customer service! Yes, of course they also fixed my car, and it has no further issues. But let's focus on how they treated me...I called about a big problem with my car and told Jenn it was being towed to her. Jenn is the wonderful lady who kept me in the loop.
I had no idea what was wrong with the car. I tried to explain what was going on the best I could. Jenn patiently listened and assured me her team would take a look and let me know the outcome.
She gets back to me later that day and said it was the transmission and would need to keep it until one arrived and they were able to replace it. They ended up keeping the car for almost two weeks, HOWEVER, I never once had to contact them to ask for a status because Jenn was constantly keeping me informed on what was going on: the status of the new transmission, status of the replacement, what was taking so long, etc. I never worried that they forgot about me or my car. Jenn expressed she understood the difficulty of being without a vehicle for so long and wouldn't want me to go without any longer than necessary. She was so kind and attentive. I have taken my car to two other Honda service centers and never received customer service like this. Now, I will only take my car to Germain Honda of Dublin. Thank you, Jenn :)

Poor workmanship. Poor inspection. Had to order other parts repeatedly to complete repair. Paint & body work was great except for damage cause in door jams during repair. Had to return vehicle for them to tighten bolts that were left loose on suspension components. Very dissatisfied with management & service technician. Joey (csr) was a decent guy just following management's orders. So I understand he was in a hard spot. Will not return. I highly recommend taking pictures of everything before allowing them to do repairs so you can prove any new damage.

David Myers gave us EXCELLENT service from start to finish! We could not have had a better, easier experience during the whole purchase process. Everyone else on the Honda team was also very friendly, honest and easy to work with. Thank you so much, David, for all your help. We truly feel like you had our best interests at heart and we appreciated your honest and trustworthiness. You went out of your way to make everything easy and clear to us. We are happy customers!

I m very pleased with Germain Honda of Dublin and with my sales consultant, Dave Myers. They made my entire experience and purchase so easy and they were extremely helpful! The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends and will plan on going back for future purchases.

My service visit was absolutely seamless, and before I knew it I was driving away. Kevin Withers was wonderful and kept me informed completely. Overall, this was a very positive experience!

Big shout out to Chris Glover! I sought you out because over the course of many years I've trusted your judgement and you're long-term knowledge on Honda Car sales. You have been instrumental in all three of my new Honda purchases. The first being my 1999 Honda Civic then, my 2003 Honda Accord -- which BTW has 417,000 miles on it and still runs like it did when you first sold it to me and I drove it off the car lot, NOW I thank you for your professionalism and honesty on my latest purchase of my 2022 Honda Civic Sedan. You're trustworthiness is like no other. I look forward to many more dealings :) Thanks Again!!

Great staff and technicians. Very professional and polite. They serviced my car right away and my wait was short. Prices are reasonable with nice accommodations in the waiting room.

Allie Webb was our salesperson. She was awesome. No nonsense. Worked out a great deal for my daughter on a used car, took care of all the details and made it the best car buying experience. Would definitely recommend her and Germain Honda.
