AMAZING customer service! Yes, of course they also fixed my car, and it has no further issues. But let's focus on how they treated me...I called about a big problem with my car and told Jenn it was being towed to her. Jenn is the wonderful lady who kept me in the loop.
I had no idea what was wrong with the car. I tried to explain what was going on the best I could. Jenn patiently listened and assured me her team would take a look and let me know the outcome.
She gets back to me later that day and said it was the transmission and would need to keep it until one arrived and they were able to replace it. They ended up keeping the car for almost two weeks, HOWEVER, I never once had to contact them to ask for a status because Jenn was constantly keeping me informed on what was going on: the status of the new transmission, status of the replacement, what was taking so long, etc. I never worried that they forgot about me or my car. Jenn expressed she understood the difficulty of being without a vehicle for so long and wouldn't want me to go without any longer than necessary. She was so kind and attentive. I have taken my car to two other Honda service centers and never received customer service like this. Now, I will only take my car to Germain Honda of Dublin. Thank you, Jenn :)
