Georgia World Congress Center Review

Loved the place because it showed me when like back then in like the 1800 played baseball and showed me the cheerleaders outfit

This is a good, large convention center with 3 halls spread out over a number of blocks. The largest volleyball tournament in the country, The Big South, is held here. Security was tight, but that is appropriate. There is street parking not too far away. Parking across the street was $20. Food options are but limited, but there is way more to choose from at the CNN food court not too far away.

I love world changes good spiritual food it feed the soul.

Nice venue with plenty of areas for performances and/or activities

Great venue. Very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. We were there for PPA and my only issue was the price of food.

Attended the big R show. Very nice convention center great exhibits. If you need to hold a conversation in the area recommend you contact them with your details.

The food court across the street at the CNN is better than here

What's today's host a lot of the bench all year around they have awesome events I've been to several of my Mac could have been apart of a couple of programs Chick-fil-A on a whole lot of pressure here also they have Hosea Williams Feed the Hungry and everybody everybody else

This is a very cool place. They have a good variety. I got some moes and natural's ice cream. They also serve frozen yogurt and smoothies. Overall it was a good experience.

Trade show todsy was a huge success. The World Congress is a huge building. We work he often drawing for vendors at Trade Shows

This place is huge! perfect for your larger conventions. I was there for Walker Stalker, the Walking Dead convention and it was pretty nice. The bathrooms are pretty small so expect a long wait if you go for a large event. Very spread out place, a little confusing as far as the layout, but still a nice place.

Took my uncle here for the very first time and he fell in love.

We were here with our cosmetology school senior college class attending the Bonner's Brothers Hair Show! It was a huge vivacious venue!

Came here for Comic-Con. This place is huge!! Everyone was very nice including the police. When i got lost they walked me back to the correct area. I have to give them perfect score on clean bathrooms and the whole center

This place is huge. We were in building C but had to walk from the Omni. The patterned carpet induced vertigo for more than one of us. It was cold and there were minimal chairs in the halls of bldg C. Many were sitting on the ground in dresses. Very few outlets for phones. Walls were thin and multiple sessions interrupted by intercom Announcements to exhibitors that came into individual rooms. Dirty dishes were not cleared in a timely manner. Worst of all, multiple people appear to have gotten food poisoning from the southwest grilled chicken salad at the grab and go station. The BBQ was very good but overall very limited food choices near bldg C. Will not attend another conference here.

Nice place. Working at the Atlanta Boat show at the moment lots of fun!! Today January 18th and tomorrow the 19th. if you're interested in buying a boat and or just want to get out and have some fun at the moment I would recommend checking out the Atlanta Boat Show

Great venue, never had issues getting there or leaving whether by car or marta.

We just passed from beautiful place due to no time spending, located at right place for every one to stay around with lovely environment...

My son and I visited here for the Superbowl Experience it was a fun event. If you are reading this review for FYI here a few tips. Wear a good walking shoe this is huge space. You may wonder do they have food? They do have some snack stations that will hold you till you can really eat. Hope this helps

I went there for Comic-Con in in Atlanta and of course had a blast!

For the gala. Everyone was extremely nice. They should check with Mercedes benz on pricing for their food and drinks.

Excellent multi-purpose exhibition space for large expos and conferences. Lot of paid parking, also accessible by local rail transport - Marta. Close to downtown hotels, Mercedes Benz stadium and State Farm arena.

Excellent convention center, one of the largest I know in the US

A great place for big conferences like AWS summit and so on. ...

Go here every year for the International auto show. Its always pristine.

Huge center with amazing facilities and services.. attended ASH conference here

This place is a very huge and can accommodate more than 15000 people. It is good for conferences like AACR, ASCO etc. There are so many good courts available with in the building itself and the ball rooms are so huge which can accommodate around 10000 people at the same time. It will be a little confusing at the entrance as there are so many entrances. Once you get familiarise you love it.

Not fun to get into. Underground. If you have a 53 in a sleeper I would suggest putting your tandems up pretty far you come in around the wall and you will go up over the concrete barrier if your tandems are too far back. I got unloaded in a decent amount of time they weren t going to start me until they realized I was an owner operator and wasn t union getting paid by the hour. When I said something to them they got right on me and unloaded me. If you have a contact name to get you in there I followed a guy on a golf cart everything is confusing I m trying to get in there and when you see it you re not gonna think you can get in there have fun.

I've been here every time Auburn has played in the SEC Championship Game.
*The Georgia Dome is no longer, but the SEC FanFare pregame party has always been in this same building. The GWCC, sure is one large building; make no mistake about that!

Lots of things for the Family to do. Lots to see. Great Experience for everyone

Definitely need a moving walkway to navigate around this center as it's huge.

Nice place Very Convenient . the women's bathrooms have urinals in them that was a lil uncomfortable for me. Thank goodness I never saw them used. I respect privacy

Such a great location. Right next to new Mercedes Benz stadium. Great parking, many restaurants near by and other attractions like CNN, The Ferris Wheel, The Collage Football Hall of Fame, etc.

Gigantic! But very well laid out and easy to navigate

There for Glassbuild. Show was very well attended. Saw quite a few new and interesting displays.

I was these for a skin care show Feb 8, 9, 10. So vasr, a lot of walking, but we are blessed to have this place in our hometown. Otherwise I had to travel to NY or Vegas to see the latest in skin care.

I went here to help out for the Hosea feed the homeless event. It is a beautiful place and close by alot of the Atlanta main attractions , the coca cola company, the Georgia aquarium and even the Mercedes benz stadium.However parking was a little tricky though. Took me a while to figure out which parking area belonged to whom and which were free on certain days.

Auto show was awesome lots of new options and beautiful new cars

Attended the WSB Training Academy. The facility is capable to accommodate any type of function large and small.

The space was nice, able to fit a huge number of people. Everyone was polite. Great if you're visiting. But if you are working and have back problems u will definitely feel it the next morning. For those with lower back problems don't stay longer than 2 hours.

The sound system sucked terribly. Went to a graduation there. They charged 15.00 to park. For a graduation. It's was us. They tax us for EVERYTHING. Pay to park to attend MLKing high school graduation. All seats on the floor but projection was good. We coukd see the people but could not understand one word. Ran out of programs. AC worked. Beautiful ponds. Now my other child attends a Gwinnett County school. Infinity Arena. A stadium where there was excellent seating. FREE parking. AC worked. Sound system clear and protection was great. Those attendance used to empty the parking lot were kids who didn't know what to do.

I work here as a temp... Love the 3rd shift.... 2nd shift not so much...

This is a great place for conventions. They have several different restaurants and food vendors for a quick bite between sessions.

Interesting to see how it goes on the inside of the news business

Any kind of hosted events in here are awesome, we came here for the Superbowl Experience it was worth the walking, the wait on line

Great location for a convention. I was there for PPA's Imaging USA. The staff was friendly, the building was clean and laid out well. It was great.

Here for the Walker stalker 2019 This place is massive well maintained friend staff.

Was here for a conference and it was great except for the horrible food.

I came here for the Microsoft Summit Conference and it was great! All of the rooms were kept cool and the event was run great! Kudos to the event center and Microsoft

I volunteered for Junior Acheivement Biz town for the day. They have a permanent area within GA world Congress center. The facility itself was beautiful, modern decor and very spacious.

The view was SPECTACULAR! My second stay at this property and it didn't disappoint. And walking distance to the football stadium made it PERFECT!

I thoroughly enjoyed the car show tonight. Looking forward to the next time.

This place is huge. Went here for a conference and made it a point to walk around and tour the place when I was finished. Amazing and beautiful place. The staff working there were very friendly and helpful.

This place is enormous we have a volleyball tournament The Big South we enjoy every minute, we have more then 100 teams competing, it was an amazing experience. You need to get your parking place in advance I got my online (parkmobile)

I have been to this place multiple different times for different conferences in expos and shows and I have never been let down. The event staff and the staff that work here are very polite and professional.

I worked here at during zombie con or sum like that. It was a big room and festive. It was a great atmosphere the buildings are just huge. Lots of walking.

Superbowl LIII NFL Experience was a Blast! Excellent Security for the ATL!

Nice but it make me uncomfortable when a hotel wants 100 dollars a night extra in case you damage the room. They return it but what kind of people do they let in their hotel that they need to do this ?? Uncomfortable with this.

Bassnectar NYE 2017 was incredible, but the venue was just too. . .flat. there wasn't any elevated vantage point to view from. Just a GIANT room with a looooot of people between me and that stage railing. . .

Interesting place to be for my nephew's graduation.

The place housts lots of events, the #autoshow is worst as the years go this year was a joke.

Note:This is a HUGE facility with multiple buildings! My advice to anyone coming here for an event (if driving) is to look closely at your ticket to find out IN advance where it will be held (Building C1? Building A?) and try purchasing a parking space in advance. Try making sure the parking area is close by to where the actual event is too (especially for disabled & elderly when raining or extremely hot).
For example, Graduation for DeKalb Co was held in C1, so the closest parking deck is the gold deck. Although we purchased parking tix online a week in advance for Red Deck ($10)- it does NOT guarantee a spot- we had traffic detour (because of AU soccer game) and paid $30 for blue lot. Tip: if this happens to you & pay with credit/debit you can send to Parking lot company for reimbursement. If you pay CASH, get a receipt.
Tip: If you ride MARTA ($5pp roundtrip) you can take Blue line(EastWest line) get off at W2 Vine City (on Northside Dr)& cross street; it's closer than W1 GWCC stop.

Went to Walker Stalker Con Atlanta and was amazed at how big this place was! Friday was a little confusing as there were no signs telling you where the entrance to the con was. Saturday & Sunday were better as they had signs everywhere. Thought it was a great location that had lots of restaurants in walking distance, Thanks to the CNN Tours Center! I had a blast & can't wait to come back next year for Walker Stalker Con Atlanta 2018!

Really enjoyed the events and plan on coming back very soon. Parking can be a pain so arrive early.
