They deserve 0 star. Beware and be careful. Get everything in writing. Do not leave anything .

Also be careful with your money. They steal money even if you handover property the best and cleaned. Min 50% they will target from your security deposit. During move out for each item they put charge as $200

I see first hand, how much stress the management has to deal with. Landlords love them, because they protect their homes and investments. The difficult & problem tenants who aren't paying or who are destroying the home, give them a hard time when they realize the company isn't going to allow it to continue. They have many challenges and at times face danger. I know they are doing their Job, and its not easy.

Fair warning : Confirm the codes before you drive an hour to a property because they send you the wrong one. When you call and complain they get an attitude with you and tell you you can't operate a lockbox.

I have rented with this agency for a year. I was Not happy at the property I was at. The staff allowed me the opportunity to view other properties and transfer to a beautiful home. Although I totally disliked the 1st property they always responded to maintenance request in a timely manner. They are a wonderful group

Do not I repeat do not buy from them! They re the worst . All they care about is their money. They sont fix anything. Its takes them 4 months to do so & even then, its gon take a while

All the 1 star reviews are true! This company is a horrible company and they will take your money and make you pay more! They somehow charged me $1,000 to paint prime that was on the wall for minor markings. I will be seeing $0 from my deposit back. They are a scam. Make sure you record and take pictures of everything you do with them IF you decide to lease with them. I recommend NOT leasing with these people. They want to sit and talk about other companies but, they are just as bad. They want the house to look the exact way you got it when you rented it which makes no sense! All the good reviews on here are not true! Stay away and save yourself the headache! I will never recommend anyone to this company.

I agree with everyone else! This company is very unprofessional and very petty! They steal your deposit for not painting walls and not steaming carpets when the carpets we re in good condition! Then they try to blame you for things that you didn t do to this property! I rather spend a extra $100 for better professionalism!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience while being a tenant for this company. When I was looking for my apartment, my credit was not so good. This company worked with me and found me the perfect location. My move in and out was a breeze. Any maintenance issue I had was remedied promptly and the staff stayed professional. I would recommend leasing with them. They're truly awesome.
