Great services, they offer free tax-filing for certain people.
Very rude and unprofessional attitude they scream at When I was calling to check for my dad s appointment they put me on hold and keep on hanging up the phone the second time I called the person scream really loud at me to hold on then I say I didn t like the attitude and they asked me to call 911 if I didn t like the attitude. I know that this is a nonprofit organization and they are only trying to help people but they totally lose the point when they treat their customers like this.
